    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 @tescomobile your claim to cover 4G for 99% UK population isn't my experience. I don't think you can back it up. Often I switch to 2G just to get a phone signal that works.

    @O2 Why, for the past 6 months can I STILL not upgrade my phone online or any of your stores due to your dire lack of stock. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.

    @O2 my daughter's Volt double data hasn't been applied even though my partner's and mine was on the 13th May. All 3 of our contacts are monthly contacts registered to the same address, can you help?

    @O2 All sorted. Turns out the problem was with the product not actually being in stock despite it showing as being in stock and the transaction allowed to proceed.

    @O2 hi keep getting calls from your tech people about signal issues but they hang up after 2 rings then leave passive-aggressive voicemails. One just called when I was in the undertakers. Can you please ask them to stop

    @o2 I have worked out the problem, even though the network map says you give excellent coverage and it shows 4G with full bars. What you actually wait what's actually happening to me is you @o2 has dead spots where it shows excellent signal but the signal just drops off!

    @O2 I had a sim only deal to upgrade to in my basket this morning and when I've rang customer service you said the deal doesn't exist. I've took a screenshot, so it exists! Any help please.
