Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 Hi, I am now on the Virgin/O2 joint venture but while the O2 SIM is working for calls and texts and texts from O2 also say 'You SIM is activated', I can't sign in on MyO2 as it keeps saying 'SIM not activated'. How do I sort this out? Thanks
