    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 Why, for the past 6 months can I STILL not upgrade my phone online or any of your stores due to your dire lack of stock. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.

    @JamesMarriott @O2 If you're moving TO O2 you won't get a temporary number. Just keep your old SIM in the handset until it stops working. Won't take 48 hours. If they've given you today as the move it should happen today, we get very occasional issues if the losing network don't release properly

    @JamesMarriott @O2 🤔 that's very unusual. Definitely call O2 and ask. When we do business ports we usually get Sims that aren't live. The port happens on a set day and usually advised in advance. Strange they didn't issue a port date. Make sure they've not set up as a new number

    @saj_anderson @ubereats_uk @O2 I've had similar problems with Carphone Warehouse. It rears its ugly head sometimes. They say "Royal Mail database fault, get your building reclassified as residential" I say "No, sort yourselves out". Happily doesn't affect voter registration etc.
