@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

Just ridiculous that in 2021 I can’t get 4G where I work (Dorchester), or 4G where I live (Weymouth) - both urban areas and it’s not just a one off but it’s poor all the time. Like it either doesn’t work or it only works near a window. @O2

So tonight was fun spend it in A & E with chest Pains. It they says it's realy bad heart burn but should talk to doctor as could have heart problems like my sisters have. So glade to have @O2 so I could phone husband to pic me up from hospital.

Enough is enough @O2. The data speeds here are a joke months & months & months after it first started. Everyone on O2 I speak to here is having the same issue and being continually fobbed off. It's a joke and your treating us in the area like mugs! #haddington #eastlothian
