Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

I regret leaving @ThreeUK in some ways. Whilst their customer service can wobble from OK to absolutely atrocious, at least I could use the data services even with a low signal. @O2 and I can have a full bar 4G signal and get 3+ seconds RTT and such slow throughput, it's a joke.

@O2 I am biting my hands off for ever thinking of joining your network. Have been on the phone/chat with your reps for a week now, trying to sort out a botched number porting, but nobody seems to know what to do. Maybe telecom is not your thing after all?

Seriously, @O2 fix your frigging network. 4G is bloody useless and HSPA is slower than dial up modem. I can't do jack **** using this.

@O2 yet another broken promise more lies told. I have had no choice i have contracted the financial ombudsman you are in breach of contract with me and are affecting my credit rating negatively and are not taking responsibility for your error. Plus lying on compensation.
