@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

@O2 trying to pay my accounts via the app ... app will not load anything , same via website , tried on other devices same thing happening , been on to customer services via phone was on hold for a very long time , did speak to someone who was getting everything confused :-(

@O2 I saw people’s tweets on Friday, there was people having network issues, not just social media. It was in the news that FB, insta and WhatsApp was down. But when I was trying to send normal text messages it wouldn’t which is why the iMessage failed and it sent as a text.

@O2 Hi I just checked on my account it is the message I thought it was. It wasn’t my wifi my wifi was working fine. It was when all the social media was down. But I read lots of people saying their o2/mobile data was down on Friday. So it’s not fair you have charged me for this.
