Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 hi I've finally had enough. You've had months and months and months to resolve it and you haven't. Your complaint process is entirely pointless. So now left with no option but @Ofcom ADR scheme and then court depending on ADR outcome. Please dm me address for me to send SAR.
