    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @packlam73 @O2 @EE That's not how that works (speaking as an ex-network guy who worked on building the EE née T-Mobile / Orange 4G network.) Also, EE were the only bidder ;-)

    @O2 Why is there no way to speak to someone when you have a problem.Your live chat directs me to phone up, nobody answers the phone, dm'd you yesterday and no response. Shocking customer service!

    . @O2 called o2 to find out why I haven’t been contacted as it has been 5 working days and they apologies no one has called me I need to wait 5 working days. Anybody able to count at o2? Why hasn’t my complaint been picked up by the complaints team ?

    @O2 have just switched from 3, so far waiting 6 days for my number to transfer over. Just been told they have no idea when this will happen. Terrible service, concentrate on your customers not your advertising! Disgusted

    . @O2 so nobody again dealt with my complaint. I called to actually find out no formal complaint had been raised. No one could answer why I hadn’t been contacted by the 4 previous managers that should have called me. A formal complaint was logged and yet again no response!!!!
