@O2 Nope it’s terrible, not helped that I moved over from ee. Gave you benefit of doubt due to mast issues, but no resolutions or timescales, most of the time phone unusable and im now outside the 14 day period - I can’t assess the service properly until it’s actually working.

@O2 The customer service at your Teesside park store is beyond a joke. Been in twice over the past few weeks and have walked out angry both times. They genuinely couldn't give a toss about their customers.
