    @packlam73 @O2 @EE That's not how that works (speaking as an ex-network guy who worked on building the EE née T-Mobile / Orange 4G network.) Also, EE were the only bidder ;-)

    @O2 why am I getting 0 data usage, voice and messages in Spain for the last 48 hours despite touching down and receiving messages saying I should do as soon as I land? I can’t even contact anyone on the website to sort it because you are useless. 👏

    @O2 Also if the signal is showing strong for both 4g voice and data on multiple devices but no internet or really slow then clearly its a network issue!

    @O2 I got an update at 11am (over 48hours since first lost signal) saying they've found the issue & that I should get an update in 48hours. I hope this gets resolved before it hits the 72hour mark and without a trip into my nearest O2 store
