Also my old phone has come alive but it says "No Sim". I think the Sim was switched to the new phone. So I presume I need one of those? So basically I'm stuck waiting for @O2 to help--I think? They said they'd email but I've heard nothing and no idea what email will say.

@20000streets @O2 I got a bot that couldn't/wouldn't help but their Twitter feed reached someone who has helped restrict sim and phone. Still waiting though to hear about how to get a replacement

Currently trying to get hold of service provider @O2 who made contact on Twitter DM but disappeared again. I don't have a landline so can't call them to block old phone or arrange for new one. And I really do urgently need a new one. Have no landline, live alone, am carer for mum
