My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

I literally NEVER do this, but @O2 you need to work on your in-store customer service. 2nd time now. Went into branch to upgrade phone and despite it being busy there was not so much as an acknowledgment or ‘we’ll be with you soon or pop back later’

I have to say that @O2 customer service is some of the worst I've encountered. A missing order and I've been told, 3 times now, to wait 24 hours. For what? Actual shocking. Initially all I wanted is the phone I paid for, now I want to cancel and my money back

@GodsGift1983 @O2 I’ve been exactly the same, I’ve even spoken to people but apparently there’s no record of me doing so! .. I think mines the beginning of next year, I’ve never been with anyone apart from o2, but im changing as soon as I can!

I honestly regret joining @O2. Customer service is shite. No signal all day. Can't do anything surely the upgrades you are doing shouldn't mean I lose signal all day. Customer service typical reply they are working in your area your phone should start working on Friday @ 9pm 🤬🤬
