@O2 Day 28 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@tomlister @O2 @O2 reception in Bath is absolutely appalling. Had same issue all week long when was working at theatre there couple of weeks ago. Similar issue following week in Manchester.

@O2 Unfortunately it’s too late for O2. The service was so bad. The actions of the store person has now delayed my wife getting back into her iCloud account causing further stress. We have gone to a better network with better customer service. #2little2late

@ich_ayu @O2 In some countries, you can keep the number when you change the service provider. The number is the identity, the "religion". The provider should not hold the number hostage to their bad product and poor service.

@O2 The issue we have is for the last 4/5 years I’ve been paying for a phone I can’t use out and about where I stay. The signal is completely not existent. Which was no use when the school couldn’t get a hold of me to inform me my daughter had taken a bad fall at lunchtime.
