@O2 is an absolute joke. Been trying to get ahold of someone to sort an upgrade out since 4pm and have now had the phone cut off mid call twice! Rubbish customer service.

@O2 Couldn’t unwrap 5 iPhones for Xmas as it didn’t meet O2’s Business Policy, so was sent 2 phones and had to buy outright 3 iPhones and had to have on another network, rubbish customer services
