My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

@O2 I’ve logged a formal complaint at the store about this I should of left … I will let the media and ombudsman’s know as the guy in the store was shocked that this had happened and 5 issues and mistakes and said it’s appalling!

@O2 last couple days I haven’t been able to get through to my mum (she’s on O2 i’m not). Just goes straight to voicemail. Signal looks fine and nothing is turned on/off that shouldn’t be! Stepdad’s phone on O2 in the same room is fine. Any ideas?

@O2 Purchased phone (ms-317645961) 18th April. Return requested 25th April and got RMA confirmed. Spent 10+ hours with O2 to get return label (nightmare) .phone returned on 15th May. Still being charged £44 every month and the ordeal to stop and get a refund is a nightmare. Help!

Hey @O2 please tell me why I pay £73 a month for absolutely disgusting service, internet never works anymore and it’s ever since you’ve merged with @virginmedia I’m fuming!
