My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

  • helenjohns74 Helen Johns (@helenjohns74) reported from Peterborough, England

@O2 Absolutely appalled at my experience this week with O2... Customer for over 20 years, 6 devices on account... Offered a particular deal, they confirm they have the recording to prove it but still refusing to honour it! #appalling #badservice #timetoswitch

  • LwtEmmaBird Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.

  • jackgabriel1992 wonkywizard (@jackgabriel1992) reported from March, England

  • wilcochris Chris Wilcox 🌻🇺🇦 (@wilcochris) reported from Peterborough, England

Hi @O2 Trying to sign in to my account but it’s telling me it has to send a code to continue with my password reset request. This is not what I’m trying to do. Issues with the website or a breach you’re keeping quiet about?

  • wilcochris Chris Wilcox (@wilcochris) reported from Peterborough, England

@O2 Hi, why do you make your online shop so inaccessible when ad blockers are used. Tried to upgrade yesterday but couldn’t because of that and how slow it was and it crashed too. Fix it please.

  • FrontSeatPhil Phil Huff (@FrontSeatPhil) reported from Brampton, England

@packlam73 @O2 @EE That's not how that works (speaking as an ex-network guy who worked on building the EE née T-Mobile / Orange 4G network.) Also, EE were the only bidder ;-)

@O2 is this your customer support number, 01558 333037 ? Or is it a scam/bogus caller?

  • neill1602 Neil Liversedge (@neill1602) reported from March, England

  • LwtEmmaBird Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

I wonder if @O2 actually repair masts anymore, or if they're just content to send out continual reminders to people that the mast is broken and a timsecale for the next applogy message to arrive.....

  • ArrEssVeeTwin Mike Fisher (@ArrEssVeeTwin) reported

@O2 now on my 5th person…..so you’ve paid 5 people to do a job that should be so much easier. Apparently my call is in a queue and will be handled shortly. Or will you hang up on me again???

@O2 trying desperately to report some form of fraud, for a cancelled account. Going round in circles. Had everything from being cut off, transferred to 4 depts, transferred to recorded msg and everything in between. Your service is appalling and I'm no further along
