Terry Harris (@TerryPix) reported from Peterborough, England@O2 It’s an absolute ***** ache to try and cancel a sim I use for data only, currently paying for not using it, no answer on phones. Do I have to go to @Ofcom to get a refund for 3 months. Why cant these companies make it as simple to cancel as they do to sign up?

-
Quelpanama (@Quelpanama) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yet another issue where we have to think back to Tom’s time in Kabul liaising between MI6 and the SAS. Apparently sitting behind a desk in a building yards away from a communication mast he got a good signal. So heroic!
-
Andy G Nothings 4 Free 🇺🇦🇬🇧🇪🇺🇨🇦 (@Sportywagon) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Lived in Dulwich for years Never had any reception issues #JogOn
-
GingaGill💙👩🏻🎓😷 (@GingaGill) reported@SarahLudford @virginmedia @O2 Yep…sadly the service has declined since the two companies merged. They blocked my account for weeks for ‘ security reasons’. -
Al Nickson (@BaldeyAl) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat My signal is always terrible. How come it often shows 5G and I can’t even get a page to open? We pay so much for our tariffs and the service is worse than ever.

Ham (@Jonny_Ham) reported25+ years with @O2 BT Cellnet, finally had enough, signal absolutely shocking, totally gone down the pan.
-
Clifton (@ebisham) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I was on the top of Leith Hill on Sunday you could see for miles in every direction but no signal at all. It’s a combination of nimbys objecting to phone masts and unwillingness to invest. Direct to mobile Starlink will buck their ideas up.
-
Dan - Truly_Anomalous 🐦 (@Truly_Anomalous) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I left the O2 network this month. Our local access point is constantly either down or just not serving data. Fixes rarely last more than a week or two.
