Gave his name as Jordan. Never had such a call before yet he claimed you do them every 6 months. Didn’t give him any details and declined the call. I’m guessing not legitimately you?

Do I have to go to @Ofcom to get a refund for 3 months. Why cant these companies make it as simple to cancel as they do to sign up?
