@O2 I am still receiving phone calls from a company called CV the last number they rang from was 0141 489 0715. Any idea who they are? The caller says they are an authorised O2 company. I never deal with third parties my contract is directly with you. Please advise.

@O2 It’s an absolute ***** ache to try and cancel a sim I use for data only, currently paying for not using it, no answer on phones. Do I have to go to @Ofcom to get a refund for 3 months. Why cant these companies make it as simple to cancel as they do to sign up?

@O2 Just had an iPhone XR for 5 weeks O2 refusing to exchange it saying that I have to have it repaired. Spent 1 hour 30 minutes on live chat to be kept told no, we have to repair. Great customer service 👍👍👍

@O2 got my sim and there’s still no service, it’s been over 24 hours and still nothing. I’ve upgraded another one of my phones a few months back and didn’t need to activate anything. obviously can’t ring up the helpline since i don’t have the signal

upgraded my phone a while ago but only put the new sim in yesterday but can’t even use it because apparently there’s “no signal”. turning off and on didn’t help, neither did putting on and off the airplane mode. what the hell @O2

@O2 Thanks I do when at home, but the issue is when out and about unable to make calls that can be understood as voice is utterly garbled. Will give it a couple more days then call customer services to discuss further.

@O2 shop in #Nottingham is an absolute joke. Told 15 min wait whilst on my lunch break, after 40 minutes still not seen. Guy running the shop absolutely clueless. Can't make an appointment either so expected to do same thing tomorrow. Terrible service.
