@O2 Hi, why do you make your online shop so inaccessible when ad blockers are used. Tried to upgrade yesterday but couldn’t because of that and how slow it was and it crashed too. Fix it please.

@O2 I am still receiving phone calls from a company called CV the last number they rang from was 0141 489 0715. Any idea who they are? The caller says they are an authorised O2 company. I never deal with third parties my contract is directly with you. Please advise.

@O2 Absolutely appalled at my experience this week with O2... Customer for over 20 years, 6 devices on account... Offered a particular deal, they confirm they have the recording to prove it but still refusing to honour it! #appalling #badservice #timetoswitch

@O2 It's not the upgrade I am particularly bothered about. When it comes it comes. It's the £50 my wife is out of pocket for that is the issue.

Hi @O2 Trying to sign in to my account but it’s telling me it has to send a code to continue with my password reset request. This is not what I’m trying to do. Issues with the website or a breach you’re keeping quiet about?

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@O2 It’s an absolute ***** ache to try and cancel a sim I use for data only, currently paying for not using it, no answer on phones. Do I have to go to @Ofcom to get a refund for 3 months. Why cant these companies make it as simple to cancel as they do to sign up?

@Extinguisherman @O2 So their response 🤔 We can see that network in your area is extremely busy at the moment. This means it may have an impact on data making it slower. Can you try you manually turning on 3G via your settings to see if this may help? Please use Wifi calling if and where you can

@O2 yet another season and no signal in a football stadium… other fans having no issues with their networks.. time for a change so much for 5g… very poor..
-
Dale Watts

@beth__mason @O2 They will only dirt it out if we do something, retweet your complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom tags. Let’s get this network fixed or let out of contracts
-
Dale Watts
(@Extinguisherman) reported
@atomicape99 @O2 The network is inadequate and fails to perform as it should.I’m my opinion it’s congested, but they use terms like ‘busy’. Masts in some areas like mine are dead at peak times. Retweet complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom tags.
-
Dale Watts
(@Extinguisherman) reported
@atomicape99 @O2 The t&c’s state they don’t guarantee a connect all the time, be nice most of the time though!! Using my location, service page says good 2,3,4G, but status page says masts get busy (better term than congested). So how do u deliver a good service on congested mast?
-
Dale Watts
(@Extinguisherman) reported
@robdawn12 @O2 It’s terrible so over the place, I’m fed up with being lied to, fed up with paying nearly £40 for a terrible service. I am therefore telling people to retweet complaints using BBCWatchdog WhichUk and ofcom tags. Let’s get someone to listen.
