@O2 putting up Black Friday deals then reneging on them when you follow up to find where your new business phones are. 45 mins on phone later and they just hang up on you. Sh!te customer service !!!

Think @O2 need to sort signal is SS8 area. A new customer to O2 and not impressed with signal so far. Data is slow, signal is poor and customer service is tough to get through too. Very disappointed.

If @VodafoneUK help me out of this contract they’ll have another customer without question. The sooner I can leave @o2 without paying for the contract buyout - which I think is a liberty given I’ve never had what I’m paying for - the better.

@virginmedia signal gone for 24 hours yet again. Cannot register this fault anywhere to be eligible for a refund! Service is atrocious as usual… still waiting for last refund to be credited. @O2 can you sort your new colleagues out?!?
