Laughing & people shouting in the background. Very unprofessional behaviour. Ive also been taking to a robot all day trying to sort this issue. Yet no help! So I’ve been without a working phone most of the week unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Not one person wants to help. @O2

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@O2 I am still receiving phone calls from a company called CV the last number they rang from was 0141 489 0715. Any idea who they are? The caller says they are an authorised O2 company. I never deal with third parties my contract is directly with you. Please advise.

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

Ever since @O2 joined @virginmedia their call centre and customer service has become shocking, on call number 7 of a simple cancellation of contract (after 24 months) which you messed up and no one it taking an ounce of responsibility! On hold 1hr and 1 minute…

@O2 what an extremely poor experience. Got to checking out the iPhone 17 Pro Max and as soon as I hit payment, it timed me out and redirected me to another queue. Then the queue paused for ages, when it resumed, the delivery date is now up to 3 weeks. 😒😒😒 #o2 #iPhone17ProMax

Why are @o2 so poor at running their own network- once more an eSIM transfer is a nightmare, and 12 months after activation on my iPhone all calls are still “no caller id” - next stop Vodafone.
