Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@O2 I'm trying to pay my final bill with you guys.. (A whole £1.61).. But it's not allowing me to do so, I no longer have my number on your service, So calling 202 isn't available, I tried the "Landline" number, that didn't work either.. How can I go about paying it?

@O2 I’ve deleted it, but it would help if @o2 & co. spent more time looking for a solution.

@O2 I've spent the equivalent of 2 working days on the phone. I've sent all the details here too. If you can't be bothered to take a complaint seriously, I'll go the legal route. I told you I'm not repeating myself again

Shocking service from @o2. People, please DO NOT BELIEVE that capped bill means they wont charge you. My 9 year old just ran up a bill ,£250 in 3 days. All they could say was oh it’s ok you’ve got till next month to pay it. CAPPED DOES NOT MEAN CAPPED 🤬🤬🤬#shockingservice

@O2 Brentcross store. Customer service very rude. I have a voucher to use. Was told store closes at 6.30pm arrived at 6.10pm and shutters were down. The voucher is given to ensure O2 customers visit the store. However customer service was very poor.

@O2 @giffgaff No worries, O2. It was Twitter itself that had messed up with some of their APIs, as many other people (on various different networks) were having the same issue. All is normal now. Have a good day.
