benjamin (@bennyjcomer) reported from Chadwell, EnglandLaughing & people shouting in the background. Very unprofessional behaviour. Ive also been taking to a robot all day trying to sort this issue. Yet no help! So I’ve been without a working phone most of the week unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Not one person wants to help. @O2
-
Oliver Fytche-Taylor (@OllyFT) reported from Chadwell, England@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.
-
Damian Kinsella (@damiankinsella8) reported from Stamford, EnglandLooking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡
-
Spidermeldrew (@finspiders) reported from Stamford, EnglandFinally @O2 have support for the Apple Watch, unless of course you are a Business account holder, the ones who spend the most!

Chrissy H 💚🩷 (@Chris_1987) reportedHonestly @O2 are dreadful, mess around with the payment of my bill YET again which I paid and my services STILL aren’t up & running it’s been over 24hrs? Not to mention the customer service team being absolutely useless.
-
Barry Hollocks (@SickofwaitingD) reported@Polymarket @O2 is great for this, 4G, 5G? It's all for nought because none of it works. The worst part, this joke of a network is the best option in my town.
-
Victor Charlie (@VC30475) reportedBrilliant from @o2. Called them to complain about the poor network signal of late and was told I need a replacement SIM as a start (when their coverage map shows an issue). Now what small signal i had is gone as they have made my current SIM inactive. Good stuff, top drawer O2
-
Mitch Hirsty (@mitchhirsty) reported@Frugal_ways @O2 @virginmedia Frustrating isn’t it? Now imagine that’s the only way you can actually pay the bill and O2 force you onto a promise to pay to restore service, tell you that you must pay, and it’s still not fixed! (Long story. Disabled, only method I can use is via the app or website) thanks O2🙄
-
Ian Tucker (@sydlinger) reported@EnglandRugby @O2 We don't need a reminder! It's still a poor selection no matter how many times you post it.

Stevio (@Rothbury01669) reported@JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom I was with EE over 18 years (from the Orange days). When they were bought by BT their renentions deals went up the spout and they wanted £60/month for a new iPhone 13 and that was at a discount. So I requested a PAC code on the website and bought my phone direct from Apple for £36/month over 2 years I moved to Giffgaff (which is 02 but been fine for me). Within an hour of the PAC request a guy from EE phoned me and said, why are you leaving after all these years ..... told him why and he said, we can offer it for £50. I said too late. Even with a £10/month sim deal on Giffgaff it was still cheaper and I never went back and I am still with Giffgaff 5 years later My friend works for Three and he said that legacy customer leaving is a red line for the companies because once you go, you'll never come back and they also know that once the customer discovers they can buy the phone direct from the manufacturer with 24 month 0% terms, it's the end of the line for the working model

Jack (@P33LLX) reported@mister___ran @O2 I have to speak to O2 for work purposes, we bought a business, made the old owner redundant. Called to cancel the contracts and guess what… would only speak to the old owner. Repeat anything else and you can tell they read from a script!
-
Brandon McFarlane (@BMcFarlaneUK) reportedJust completed my first test on the Buffering Britain app. Not surprised to get a result of "no usable signal" in my house in Preston on @O2.
-
mysteriousgal (@mysteriousgal) reported@Michelle3882977 @O2 Hi Michelle - Have you managed to get this resolved yet? I have been experiencing the same issue as you & @O2 customer service seems to have no clue what to do. There are numerous reports of this issue since June so I don't know why they haven't resolved it yet.
-
Dora (@doraexploring) reported@O2 @LutzSchueler (2/2) I took out a new contract to see if that might fix. It hasn't. Now your CS phone rep's saying I would have to pay £20pm to connect to network and is making baseless claim that I got refused because I failed credit check. At wits end & want to leave O2 now.
