Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@O2 so my 84 year old mother has a mobile for emergency use. She is my disabled fathers carer. She had a £10 top up payg on the phone and because she had not used it for 6 months YOU HAVE SHUT IT DOWN. Please justify and explain putting these old people at risk during Covid? #O2

@O2 no mobile connection indoor and outdoor, can’t make what’s app video and voice calls. Outdoor I couldn’t even text on normal messaging. No 4G, 3G, 2G signal. I’ve tried what you advise. Nothing. Pls do not simply say the area is very busy.
