    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @O2 your 4g coverage is appalling, I work less then a mile from Cardiff city centre and I’m lucky if I get 3G… your happy to hike your prices up, try using the extra money to gives us a service worth paying for.

    @O2 Hi! Quick Q, my phone (on contract) is insured through O2 but the charging port doesn't work. I've rung the store multiple times but no answer. Would handset be replaced or sent off for repair? I'm trying to find out before making the journey. (I don't drive) tia!

    @O2 for about the third time since I joined in January, the network was down! Had to turn my phone off and on again to get coverage. Never had this with my old provider!

    @AWumman @O2 Emotionally. I mean, I want my @O2 number, but how can you make payment arrangements if you are disabled with a brain injury and put in hold or can't get to talk to anyone who can help make arrangements to keep the phone active. Every time I get any money it's gone, bankruptcy
