Eventually I was escalated to someone who ignored everything I said and didn’t help; just told me to go to a shop, to get rid of me. Now they want me to give them feedback by text… which I can’t send, because they didn’t help.

The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.
