Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

I know there's auto dialled but operators should be cracking down on this!

Eventually I was escalated to someone who ignored everything I said and didn’t help; just told me to go to a shop, to get rid of me. Now they want me to give them feedback by text… which I can’t send, because they didn’t help.
