Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. While roaming in the EU I experienced a complete loss of mobile data service. There was a failure of service and of support handling resulting in significant inconvenience and concern.
