Eventually I was escalated to someone who ignored everything I said and didn’t help; just told me to go to a shop, to get rid of me. Now they want me to give them feedback by text… which I can’t send, because they didn’t help.

Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. When it doesn’t, it’s a similar nightmare. Same impossible log on procedure, MI5 levels of security I just want access to my emails and bills.

Its long been suspected data agents get their information from these call centres. And as you dont have an O2 official stationed permanently in Mumbai trust is an issue
