Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

Eventually I was escalated to someone who ignored everything I said and didn’t help; just told me to go to a shop, to get rid of me. For example, I get signal in north London, but never inside the emirates due to the amount of people. The map shows satellite covers that area.
