@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

Why is it impossible to actually talk to a human when on the @O2 app or website? It's just endless "help" articles or that very limiter Aura robot. You took £30 off me for nothing, and I want it back.

@O2 Really @o2? You started out so well acknowledging the issue and it just went downhill from there. The app was down for the day, yet touts managed to buy and relist them for £hundreds, it is disgusting.

@O2 Hi, I want to upgrade my phone but it will not let me go below 150gb monthly data. I don’t need this much. If I was purchasing the phone new rather than upgrade it let’s me decrease the monthly data on edit my plan but not when upgrading. Please can someone help?

@Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

Come on @O2 I'm getting plagued daily by false automated calls from different numbers #scams #fraud now I'm x directory and blocked lists etc so shouldn't receive such things. I know there's auto dialled but operators should be cracking down on this!

@O2 why is your service so slow in Yate,Bristol, I struggle to send a simple message on social media apps half the time never mind be on a video call with someone whilst out and about, and half the time the places you can get signal is 3G or low 4g that is as slow as 3G.

@O2 I had a bad experience at Nero last time as I have 2 contract and one of it it is for my son (16) and he doesn’t drink coffee so he send me the screenshots and the Nero counter didn’t accept the screen shot and she does let me know after she made the coffee so I paid for it

@O2 How is it that I constantly have no signal with O2? 5 days of the week I am in the middle of Birmingham and yet nothing. Sort your signal out! It's 2022. I made a BIG mistake switching from 3 to O2.
