    Tried to do something good by not buying a new phone via @O2 Customer Service team on Wed am when the sale started, waiting to buy it today from the part-time lady in store who has helped me decide which to get. But O2 have now sold out 😔 Grrr at trying to do a good thing 😔

    @joel_hames @O2 It doesn’t affect me personally as I rarely make or receive calls. It’s only the data side that I’m bothered about, but that seems to be working. Sounds like it’s a problem at their end.

    @Huawei_Europe Hello, I have a P30 pro which has been paid for full to @O2 but been waiting over 16 days weeks for an unlatching code from O2. The phone does not work on any network as it’s blocked. It really frustrating as I cannot use the phone Can you please help me urgently.

    Got on to @O2 support because I can’t send texts. Eventually I was escalated to someone who ignored everything I said and didn’t help; just told me to go to a shop, to get rid of me. Now they want me to give them feedback by text… which I can’t send, because they didn’t help.

    @O2 Yes. And that link doesn't fix the issue. It says login for upgrade options, but when I do and hit upgrade, there are no SIM only options.

    @O2 my husband @twmpalmer has a mobile phone account and eSim for his Apple Watch with you. Both of these accounts have been completely disabled, customer services ask him to go to the O2 shop the O2 shop ask him to call customer services. Neither can resolve, please help!

    @O2 Is this an O2 number...it comes up saying technical problems so diverting. That's why I think it's a scam. The number you gave says it's no longer in use. Losing the will and taking me too much time to pay off a small amount on final payment.

    @O2 Hello how do I change tariff I got as part of Volt Bundle please? I'm pretty sure it can be done? Don't need unlimited as already have Sims on other Network? I know I need to keep the SIM 'live' but definitely don't need to be paying £30 pm for something that is not used! 🤔

    Hi @o2 I had a problem with my extra not activating, so you made it available to me again earlier this week. But I’m having the same problem, and I don’t want to lose access to Disney+ again. I’ve activated twice, but it still says I haven’t. Please could you advise?
