@O2 appalling service! Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

Why is it impossible to actually talk to a human when on the @O2 app or website? It's just endless "help" articles or that very limiter Aura robot. You took £30 off me for nothing, and I want it back.

Come on @O2 I'm getting plagued daily by false automated calls from different numbers #scams #fraud now I'm x directory and blocked lists etc so shouldn't receive such things. I know there's auto dialled but operators should be cracking down on this!

@O2 Thanks for your reply. I called with this issue this morning & seem to have sorted it now with the change over next Monday/Tuesday. The speed of my basic 4G signal (5Mbps) is right now so much slower than my previous network though. I hope this improves or I might reconsider. 😕

@O2 By far the worst customer service I have ever experience. Been on the phone multiple time, hours on end, yet nothing is resolved. I was told I was having replacement air pods sent out to me and now I'm being told nothing was ordered for me and I cant get them.
