Capsule Toy (@capsule_toy) reported from Oadby and Wigston, EnglandWhy is it impossible to actually talk to a human when on the @O2 app or website? It's just endless "help" articles or that very limiter Aura robot. You took £30 off me for nothing, and I want it back.

Liam Johnston (@railwaychaplain) reported from Rugby, England@Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.
-

Kath Moonlight (@kath_moonlight) reported@O2 @O2 It’s the MyO2 app/account. I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.
-
Rob Baker-Johnson (@RobBakerJohnson) reported@O2 you are a disgrace. You failed to provide a service and charge me over £600 as you forced me to move supplier. You help or support from you at all. Didn’t even send a bill went straight to dept recovery company. Over 30 years loyal custom from me and this is how you treat us
-
Paul Curry (@Paulc2nd) reported@BluesnJazzxx @O2 I am experiencing exactly the same but @O2 obviously can't realise there is an issue and get IT onto it. I have just had an offshore tech team ringing me about it. I hung up. It would be a lot easier to have a tech team over here with the app in front of them.
