Gary Dolman (@garydolman) reported from Blaby, England@O2 Congratulations to O2 the first UK mobile provider to commit to ethical advertising by joining the Conscious Advertising Network. If enough brands follow their lead in implementing the CAN principles, this could be the key to making hate & misinformation unprofitable for good
-
Liam Johnston (@railwaychaplain) reported from Rugby, England@Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

Capsule Toy (@capsule_toy) reported from Oadby and Wigston, EnglandWhy is it impossible to actually talk to a human when on the @O2 app or website? It's just endless "help" articles or that very limiter Aura robot. You took £30 off me for nothing, and I want it back.

The Car Doctor (Steve Hayes) (@mobilemechanic) reported from Nuneaton, England@O2 @picoflu I binned O2 after a brief 2 year spell of misery with continued call dropping. The acceptable solution for them was a home signal booster. No good to a mobile technician back with EE and happy. If your on iPhone check Wi-fi assist is off it savages internet.

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Will McGugan (@willmcgugan) reportedSo @O2 had to be one of the most incompetent mobile providers out there. I’m unable to top up. Their app breaks with cryptic errors. I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.
-
john rowan (@jokewapo) reported@2gurlys1kupp @O2 @virginmedia Aye mate it’s horrible. I complained on live chat and got £30 off my bill. Told me it’s now been fixed but it’s still terrible. Virgin WiFi is just as bad.
-
Leslie Gilbert (@lesgilbertlazer) reported@O2 without exception my experience with you has been the worst of any company I’ve ever been involved with. Absolutely diabolical!
-
Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reportedLet’s tell the tale of @O2 “Ultimate” package, supposedly its ultimate offer. I took O2 up on it and received precisely zero mobile data. I asked them to fix the problem. They assured me they would investigate and sort it out. What happened next? They cut my phone off completely. I have gone from having no mobile data to having no service at all. What on earth is O2 doing? This is not an “Ultimate” service. It is an ultimate shambles. Sort it out, O2.
-
GW 🔰🏴 (@GW_Mktg) reported@O2 terrible signal in my own home. @virginmedia have let me down (yet again) so no WiFi equals no use of phone. Long-standing client and not really feeling that benefit. Started a DM conversation which went dead. Please help
-
Matt Hudson (@MattHuddyHudson) reported@DiscoEnergy @O2 After 20+ years I'm just considering going to take out a deal elsewhere . Can get a better deal being a new customer .
-
Pete Lawson (@fidgetbumble) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I got 5g halfway up a mountain in the states. A hill here kills my signal
-
Mark Jones (@MarkJon63305554) reported@Breeze_16 @O2 Call o2 on 202. It's a scam, I just called as received couple of emails re this and asking me to sign in.
-
Brexit Refugee (@Brexit_Refugee) reported@kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.
-
v (@matchstickstorm) reported@O2 why is it so hard to upgrade my sim now? 1st of all, the “upgrade” options are ridiculously expensive and filled with **** i dont want/need, second- i went for a proper “upgrade” plan so i can keep my number, said i was switching to android but youve just changed my tariff?
