Why is it impossible to actually talk to a human when on the @O2 app or website? It's just endless "help" articles or that very limiter Aura robot. You took £30 off me for nothing, and I want it back.

Got on to @O2 support because I can’t send texts. Eventually I was escalated to someone who ignored everything I said and didn’t help; just told me to go to a shop, to get rid of me. Now they want me to give them feedback by text… which I can’t send, because they didn’t help.

Can anyone help with 20 data dongles for a school I’ve worked closely with. The free WiFi/data would allow these families to access on line learning for lock down. Would be a loan until they return to school! Please try and help! Thank you xx @virginmedia @tescomobile @O2

@O2 Congratulations to O2 the first UK mobile provider to commit to ethical advertising by joining the Conscious Advertising Network. If enough brands follow their lead in implementing the CAN principles, this could be the key to making hate & misinformation unprofitable for good

@PercyTheCat8 @O2 The government sends a blanket HTTP request to the network to contact all numbers on their network with the same message. No personal data held by the network is shared to the government, it is a mass message service. GDPR doesn’t come into it.
