At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

@O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

@ODEONCinemas hello, I have a voucher code from @O2 priority for a free cinema ticket on 9th May but it’s keep saying “there was a problem adding the voucher” when I put it into the odeon app

@O2 big shout out to Nokhanyo in the customer care team. After 3 hrs on calls & 25 mile round trip to a shop! she managed to sort out our Sim issue. Superb service just a shame we didn’t get her on the first call #needsareward

@HubNutVids @Bravo_10_Bravo @O2 When you are out and about a lot I think it probably has to be Vodafone or EE these days. Neither is particularly cheap now mind, in my experience & EE customer services were pretty inadequate last I tried. A long time has passed since the good old early days of Orange.

@O2 Terrible service from o2 insurance. Promised 4 times someone will call me, never happens, if you ring you queue for 30 minutes, now have email asking me to call as they are waiting for update from me - despite me ringing already and no one knows what’s going on. Awful service

@O2 I have been a customer of O2 for as long as I can remember but this stops now. I know you don’t really care about losing me as a customer but I refuse to keep paying money to a company with rude and unhelpful customer service employees.
