@O2 Quick to get things off the open platform, not so quick to respond to your private DM request. Why is that, I only want the CEO email address because customer services are inadequate at dealing with a complaint and noting all of the detail in the complaint.

@O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

@O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

@O2 I tried to upgrade last week and was told it would be over £60 a month and that even if I traded in my 11, I would still have to put in £600 upfront to get the monthly cost down to around that £38. I’d like to upgrade but I also have bills to pay.

@O2 there is a mast down in my area which means my signal drops on all my calls- (for the last week) a customer service agent said today that the date for this to be fixed by is 28th October!. I can’t get any compensation until it’s resolved and there’s no way to escalate!

@RedCollectiveUK @O2 I hate them so much. I left 02 about 6 years ago, they are the worst. Numerous calls, conflicting information, rude and obstructive. Not on the scale you have experienced though. I hope it is resolved quickly for you. This is utterly disgraceful.

@O2 loyal customer of nearly a decade - unaware four calls I made last night to fix issues with a flight to reach US for a funeral were outside my ‘unlimited calls’ package. And now landed with a bill of £435?! In total, total shock!
