    @virginmedia @O2 your volt supercharge is a con! Why has my virgin media bill doubled and I’m being charged for making changes to my bill, none of this was mentioned to me this is a breach of contract im not paying almost £100 just cancel my package if that’s the case

    @O2 can someone please give me a response to a query, I have had an automated reply in dm which not helpful in anyway. I have tried my o2 app and it doesn’t help. I have also tried ringing o2 just keep getting cut off.

    @O2 I’m in Newcastle for the weekend and could hardly get a service, keeping jumping from 1 bar on 5G onto 3G, couldn’t get into social media or online due to it buffering. What a waste of time moving to you from EE

    @O2 yo o2 my signal has been stuck in H+ for the majority of my time with you (about a month). i rarely get 4G signal and when i do it's barely a slither of a bar. can i still cancel even though i'm outside of my cooling off period? seeing as you haven't upheld your end?

    Hey @O2 particularly disappointed with the attitude I got from one of your “authorised resellers” today when I asked them to remove my details from their database after a cold call. They were ‘CV’ - please confirm they are linked to you and if so pass on my message. Very poor.
