@O2 Got a call bar today. Absolutely shoddy customer service. Also I've waited a minimum of 20 minutes to speak to your alleged customer service agents who appear to be utterly inept to make a simple change.

@O2 I’m in Newcastle for the weekend and could hardly get a service, keeping jumping from 1 bar on 5G onto 3G, couldn’t get into social media or online due to it buffering. What a waste of time moving to you from EE

I suspect if I cancelled the three direct debits I pay every month to @O2 they’d find time to get in touch with me. Help with setting up a new phone when their online SIM swap is banjaxed, not so much.

The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

31 hrs have passed since I reached out to @O2 Social Media Support Team to resolve OTP message failure. I have provided all information requested but received no information back regarding any progress, resolution or likely timing of either. This leads me to obvious conclusions.

@Extinguisherman @O2 It’s like sport with me and them. They always say there aren’t any issues on my postcode. I consider never having enough of a signal to make calls or receive or send an SMS quite an issue. I live on a big business and housing estate too.

@O2 your service has gone from bad to worse. 4G is a myth, 5G is a fairytale, my bad 3G connection has now decided to drop out and I’m left with EDGE (hello 2003) or no signal.

@PoetessJess @EE @O2 Every networks going to have good and bad areas, but o2 in the south east is horrid. Even the employee at the Bluewater was amazed on how bad my iPhone 13 was running!!!
