    The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

    @O2 Got a call bar today. Absolutely shoddy customer service. Also I've waited a minimum of 20 minutes to speak to your alleged customer service agents who appear to be utterly inept to make a simple change.

    @O2 I’m in Newcastle for the weekend and could hardly get a service, keeping jumping from 1 bar on 5G onto 3G, couldn’t get into social media or online due to it buffering. What a waste of time moving to you from EE

    @O2 I have been requesting a PAC code for 3 days with no success, I have tried via my o2 and also spent 1hr on hold to your call centre. Still no code. I got hung up on by your call centre because they couldn't hear me because my signal is non existent! Can someone sort this asap

    @O2 O2 due to continuous peoples mess ups have left me with a day old baby with no network...in hospital...only form of contact gone. Spoke to 3 people who all said it was sorted...same thing happened again. Absolutely disgusting
