  • timlibrarian Tim Fowler (@timlibrarian) reported from Bearpark, England

  • TCHL Tim Luckhurst (@TCHL) reported from Durham, England

@O2 Appalling customer service. An apology is required.

  • ilovefluffy Andrew Willis (@ilovefluffy) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

  • TCHL Tim Luckhurst (@TCHL) reported from Durham, England

@O2 I repeat: your customer service is appalling.

  • sheilavictoriaR Sheila Robson (@sheilavictoriaR) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff @O2 Have you asked for a different SIM? Otherwise I'd be tempted to switch as there is so much more competition now. I don't like poor service.

  • TCHL Tim Luckhurst (@TCHL) reported from Durham, England

@O2 your customer service is appalling. You should be ashamed.

  • _RebeccaJT Rebecca (@_RebeccaJT) reported from Sunderland, England

  • engg_rky Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

  • headcoverlova Paul Frampton (@headcoverlova) reported from Bearpark, England

@O2 really bad customer service to offer a free streaming service a lot of families could use right now only for new customers. Other networks offering free services for all customers. Make me think you don’t value loyal customers at all

  • HelenValliday5 Helen Valliday (@HelenValliday5) reported

@MarymoBelfast @O2 They up 2 everything some poor souls will fall for it.

  • callme_jc jc (@callme_jc) reported

@O2 I’m in the same boat. “Problem with my request” when hitting “use now” on the Priority cinema ticket offer, now claiming “out of stock” after less than five minutes. Not a good look for a recently expanded promotion.

  • MarymoBelfast (っ◔◡◔)っ 𝑀𝒶rymo Belfast 🌱🍀 Ⓥ🎗️ (@MarymoBelfast) reported

@CormacMcArt2 @O2 Worst of the worst

  • ninmarie008 n (@ninmarie008) reported

@O2 my code for odeon ticket not working it asks me to select code type and none of them work ?

  • GemCrossley Gemma (@GemCrossley) reported

@O2 are the worst network I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with in the 20+ years I’ve had a mobile phone. Two months trying to sort a simple issue, multiple rude customer representatives, double charged for a service we don’t use and almost impossible to secure a refund!

  • supacoopa10 Ryan (@supacoopa10) reported

@O2 What an absolute joke that is. Stinks of seats being reserved for people in the know because I was logged on in plenty of time. Whats the point of priority exactly? It never comes through with anything useful

  • spinney70 andrew spindler (@spinney70) reported

@O2 Turned device off and on again got a slightly better signal but still just 3G. Working in a town where signal 4G is usually very good

  • michellempurse Michelle Purse (@michellempurse) reported

Finally faced cancelling mum‘s phone contract with @O2 today. It was devastating but not difficult. I don‘t know if @GeorgeMonbiot‘s terrible experience with Vodafone made them all improve, but I am grateful that I was shown empathy and a quick resolution.

  • DGruszczyk Daniel Gruszczyk (@DGruszczyk) reported

@ThreeUK can you explain to your (potential) customers why you keep charging money for phones that are already paid off if a customer forgets to contact you? In times of #CostOfLivingCrisis £25/month for 6 months is a lot of money! @O2 can do it, why can’t you too?

  • mellowmark Mark (@mellowmark) reported

@colinrtalbot @O2 I ordered a new phone from them a few years ago, it arrived damaged but they refused to refund or replace it, implying that I might have caused the damage! Went into an 02 shop to complain, but because I ordered online they refused to help me and just phoned the 02 helpline &
