@O2 Hi. I’ve left O2 in September when my contract expired and switched to another provider. I was billed in September in error and I spoke to someone who refunded the difference from when my contract expired. I have today received a debt recovery letter???? Can someone help!

@O2 I’m in Newcastle for the weekend and could hardly get a service, keeping jumping from 1 bar on 5G onto 3G, couldn’t get into social media or online due to it buffering. What a waste of time moving to you from EE

@O2 Signal has become poorer when traveling between torridge, mid devon and west devon. You have since removed (apparently) a mast near to bridestowe which has caused a black spot for my brother which is why he has had to leave for 02.
