    @O2 hi - my wife has been trying to resolve issue with SMS settings - have disappeared yet again. Spent over an hour on live chat but keeps getting passed to different teams then cut off. Has happened before we know what needs to be done but very poor service now.

    @O2 I was supposed to get a free upgrade every 12 months but your "problems with supply" last year meant that I didn't get my new phone for over a month after I requested it, so my refresh date is a month later, which pushes it past my annual christmas trip. It's a farce.

    @O2 so… appalling service, no signal abroad, no signal at home… thought I might try to refresh my phone but it turns out that I can’t because last year there was a delay in getting my phone to me so my usual refresh date in October has been pushed back til November!

    You’re rolling out 5G when Newcastle doesn’t even have basic coverage, I have a 50GB contract with you and barely manage to use 2GB a month due to lack of signal/searching for free Wifi @O2

    @2bard @intueldonsquare @northumbriapol You're right in normal circumstances, however my phone signal keeps cutting out while @O2 are upgrading to 5G, last week a man had a seizure in front of me and I was getting repeatedly disconnected from the emergency services while trying to get an ambulance.

    @O2 can someone please give me a response to a query, I have had an automated reply in dm which not helpful in anyway. I have tried my o2 app and it doesn’t help. I have also tried ringing o2 just keep getting cut off.

    Lots of companies doing their bit to help. I got an email from @O2 this morning and how they are helping is allowing people to access the @NHSuk websites without using your data. Whoopy ******* doodle do. I can’t wait it’s like Christmas all over again.

    So to be straight: because @O2 have been terrible for over a year, I can’t refresh my phone until after I get back from my Christmas trip! You’re very VERY quickly losing a customer here and I’ve been with o2 for nearly 15 years.

    @O2 Your coverage in most of Newcastle is shocking, I live in NE2 and the best signal I get is 1 bar of 3G in my iPhone 7

    @O2 The ones I’m receiving. It’s not showing any notification then when I look about 5 hours later it’s there as if I had already seen it. Doing it for the last month but I checked on here, loads are having the same problem.

    @O2 just wanted to say that I got great Customer Service today from O2 Recycle. Call got disconnected during the security questions and I got a call back shortly after. The call was handled quickly and to a satisfactory resolution. Thanks.

    @O2 Signal keeps going down and calls cut off all the time, also the volume is at the highest setting and it rings loudly ones then goes straight to quite. once on the phone I can hardly hear the person on the other end unless I have them on speaker or earphones in 😩

    @O2 a phone mast in my area has been down for 7 weeks! Nothing is getting done about it. I'm not able to make or receive phone calls and text messages. just recieved another update saying they will update me 22 January. Going to have to switch providers coz I'm paying for nothing

    @O2 Have been on hold to your customer services for 40 minutes (after several hours spent on your superfluous web chat) waiting to find out why my phone with your Norwich repair unit is going to cost £360 to replace a screen when I sent it away to have the battery checked 🤬
