@O2 I was spammed. Then defrauded. Went to O2 shop and reported issue. Told Fraud Dept would contact within 2 days. Three further calls to O2 (2O2) and one month later still no Fraud contact and no resolution. Today notice to take another payment. @O2 any chance of sorting?

Disgraceful service yet again with @O2 3 separate staff sorting refund within 7 days it’s now two weeks and guess what both call handlers HAVE NOT processed the refund 😡this is a phone was meant to have been cancelled in January but again this wasn’t done either hence refund😡

@YepJustJack @O2 Exactly - and we can’t do that if we don’t understand what the issue is. But this issue seems to be both not being shown a written policy and not being exempt from a store policy. The fact that the police were brought in suggests that it’s not just ‘they weren’t nice to me’

@O2 do not promise a working service, yet take people's money. Surely, tricking people into buying a non-working service is obtaining money by deception, a CRIME under UK law. Cue the copy pasted dismissal 'sorry you feel that way' from O2.
