Everyone I know with a 5G ready phone has no issues. Stop gaslighting everyone and just tell the truth and start refunding for your lack of service! #o2

I’ve not got a 5G ready phone, all my mates that do have no issues with signal. Clearly prioritising 5G over 4G and gaslighting everyone with pointless tips that don’t work @O2

As in, NOT FREE. Your offshore customer service uses 'English not first language' and cut offs when having to deal with real problems.

Please don't insult me with one of your pre-prepared messages saying you're busier than usual. If you don't allow customers to cancel then you're in breach of the contract.

Unless you go through the fraud team which I had too in the end after trying for 4 hrs! Not good customer service at all!
