    @O2 me and hubby ordered new phones to be delivered today ! 😡 don’t look like that’s happening still in the depot , £800 for a phone and it takes days to get dispatched, crap service not happy at all

    I spoke online to @threeuk and also a shop and the deal wasn’t anywhere near as good as @O2 so now moved 2 of the 3 phones on Three to O2. These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

    Typical @o2 get a message asking how satisfied was I with service call received. Stating messages were FREE to answer. Go to send message and it states I will be charged. Maybe time to move.

    I suppose the onus is on the user, not the network (@O2 in this instance) alerting it's users that they could save money by switching tarrifs when their contract is up. Paying over the odds for a good while now #disapointed but not #surprised 😞

    @O2 why is my phone tellin me no sim/no service its @SamsungMobile A51 driving me crazy have tried all the fixes and its not picking up a sim card at all

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

    Used @o2 satellite up at @Beamish_Museum and was able to send and recieve texts and also whatsapps... No signal on EE so relied on o2... well done.. (this was on a iPhone 17 Pro Max)

    @O2 I’ve had to rejoin EE. Number porting as we speak. O2 customer service an absolute embarrassment. Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎

    @tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

    @Benleo I am currently on day four of having no phone signal, mobile data or WiFi thanks to @O2 They regularly cut off my service entirely (23 days total this year), no warning, no apologies. When you contact CS, if they actually answer, then they treat you like you are the problem!
