Keith Jackson 🎗️ (@kjackson1978) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Just spent 10 days in Cyprus. Perfect 5g the whole time. At home I struggle to get a 5G signal and 4G now useless
-
Will McGugan (@willmcgugan) reportedSo @O2 had to be one of the most incompetent mobile providers out there. I’m unable to top up. Their app breaks with cryptic errors. I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.
-
Ned Zeppelin (@Ned_Zep) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I live in Bolton but support Huddersfield. I've stopped taking my phone to matches because the signal is so bad. The DAB signal for Radio Leeds is appalling as well.
-
Mighty Tinman (@Mighty_Tinman) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Why on earth have you stayed with O2 for 15 years? Of the 4 (now 3) operators, they are easily the worst.
-
Chris (@Uncle_C_J) reported@xxxxminniex @O2 This happened to my elderly mum, too! A few months in a row. I kicked off with O2. They did help out and refund a good chunk of it. Then I put a spend cap of £0 on. It stops all the premium rate things like this happening.
-
Lloyd (@Lloydmporter) reported@kokeshimum @O2 02 are known for being really bad
-
blueShrew (@totfinsol) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Simple. The last government scraped the plan to role out 5G masts which were to be built by Huawei which a Chinese company. Because the US don’t trust China they told us we couldn’t either and so the role out never happen. Any 5G bandwidth is being used by the war effort.
-
Circfruit (@circuit_k) reported@willmcgugan @O2 when they have too many customers, they stop caring. not only mobile operators, all of them service providers.
-
