@O2 Scary that company of your size can get away with a mass grand theft, Free Disney which costs £5.99 per month. As in, NOT FREE. Your offshore customer service uses 'English not first language' and cut offs when having to deal with real problems.

@O2 is there an issue with 4G network in Edinburgh, every time I am in public and not on WiFi- I can’t send or receive texts, get on internet. Can only make calls. Very frustrating !!

What does it take to make @VodafoneUK & @O2 wake up to their responsibilities to rural customers? Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

Really impressed with the service I received from the @O2 team in their Wellingborough shop on Saturday evening. A new guy who could not help got me a coffee whilst waiting for his more experienced colleague. Then he went above and beyond to get me through the credit checks
