I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -£7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this. I received the cheque in March but seem to be getting the texts and mails still.

I've been awaiting a promised call back now for over an hour, after you passed me from pillar to post to try and buy a new item.
