Enough is enough, @O2. You put my bill up 10.7% in April yet I’m getting woeful 4G signal wherever I go (even with full bars). Everyone I know with a 5G ready phone has no issues. Stop gaslighting everyone and just tell the truth and start refunding for your lack of service! #o2

@O2 @robashcroft1 I’m in the same areas with the inclusion of Warrington. I’ve not got a 5G ready phone, all my mates that do have no issues with signal. Clearly prioritising 5G over 4G and gaslighting everyone with pointless tips that don’t work @O2

@O2 Instead there's this button for my o2 that loops you back to dashboard to select the account (I only have 1) and you just do the same thing everytime on desktop, app and mobile browser. It should just be 1 button to self help. Another annoyance is everything I did today
