Peter Williamson Garland🕷️ (@TwtrMinstrel) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@O2 Scary that company of your size can get away with a mass grand theft, Free Disney which costs £5.99 per month. As in, NOT FREE. Your offshore customer service uses 'English not first language' and cut offs when having to deal with real problems.
-
James Shields (@jamesshields51) reported from Mid Calder, Scotland@Barriestweeting @VodafoneUK I am with Vodafone as well. They are the worst ever for service. In middle of calls and cuts off. -
helen wood (@DivineBiba) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone I had terrible reception with EE for 2 years and now Im with 02 everything is fine. EE also had me on an expensive contract for no good reason, it took a year to sort out a more reasonable deal.
-
Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
-
Anti Manchester Action (@Fu0161) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 You have some gall complaining about signal you disgusting forces *****, it's because of YOU and people like you huwaei got banned from England and we have **** signal!
-
GingaGill💙👩🏻🎓😷 (@GingaGill) reported@SarahLudford @virginmedia @O2 Yep…sadly the service has declined since the two companies merged. They blocked my account for weeks for ‘ security reasons’. ( I had changed pw & looking for new deals) No one seemed unable to unblock it. Took several phone calls/DM’s/ emails etc.
-
LE Graphics (@legraphics) reported@O2 I have been a business customer for over 25 years. Delighted to see the adverts for O2 satellite given that I have no network coverage for half of my time. Shocked when phoned to order the bolt on and told its for personal customers only. Do you not value business customers?
-
Shar 🏴 (@sharlewis58) reported@SarahLudford @virginmedia @O2 That's why I left them unreservedly, an utter arse to try to interact. One system not talking to the other, no human to help sort. Mid contract hikes. Went to Sky - no regrets, easy xfer & lower bills
-
The Costermonger (@sx200ii) reported@RobertClark87 @TomTugendhat @O2 Service!
-
Chris (@Chris94501165) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Tom, cell masts use this thing called electricity. Essentially O2 are underpowering them due to the cost of energy. The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...
-
Al Nickson (@BaldeyAl) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat My signal is always terrible. How come it often shows 5G and I can’t even get a page to open? We pay so much for our tariffs and the service is worse than ever.
-
Mr H (@silestanix) reported@O2 I've got a formal complaint pending at the moment so I doubt online team could push it any further but appreciate you guys wanting to look into this, will DM you the complaint reference number. And yes, PAC code would be good too, will send my number in that same dm.
