Enough is enough, @O2. You put my bill up 10.7% in April yet I’m getting woeful 4G signal wherever I go (even with full bars). Everyone I know with a 5G ready phone has no issues. Stop gaslighting everyone and just tell the truth and start refunding for your lack of service! #o2

@O2 @robashcroft1 I’m in the same areas with the inclusion of Warrington. I’ve not got a 5G ready phone, all my mates that do have no issues with signal. Clearly prioritising 5G over 4G and gaslighting everyone with pointless tips that don’t work @O2

@O2 I am highly disappointed with your customer service and neglect at me now cancelling my phone twice, within your guidelines. Yet, you still are sending me bills and now a termination fee. How many times do I have to cancel the phone and explain that the contract has finished?
