@O2 I don’t seem to be getting any signal/phone network.....is there a problem in Edinburgh?

  • MrSifter_
Marky ™ (@MrSifter_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@O2 Yes either or if I took the Microsoft Surface let me know how to claim or it’ll be returned always letting me down I’m sick of it

  • cludgie78
Mark Rainford (@cludgie78) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

I suppose the onus is on the user, not the network (@O2 in this instance) alerting it's users that they could save money by switching tarrifs when their contract is up. Paying over the odds for a good while now #disapointed but not #surprised 😞

  • itspaulactually
Paul (@itspaulactually) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Enough is enough, @O2. You put my bill up 10.7% in April yet I’m getting woeful 4G signal wherever I go (even with full bars). Everyone I know with a 5G ready phone has no issues. Stop gaslighting everyone and just tell the truth and start refunding for your lack of service! #o2

  • MrSifter_
Marky ™ (@MrSifter_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@O2 Well there will be no bill paid until you credit my loss of service hows that

  • TwtrMinstrel
Peter Williamson Garland🕷️ (@TwtrMinstrel) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@O2 Scary that company of your size can get away with a mass grand theft, Free Disney which costs £5.99 per month. As in, NOT FREE. Your offshore customer service uses 'English not first language' and cut offs when having to deal with real problems.

  • frvic93
frvic93 (@frvic93) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@O2 is there something wrong with your mast at EH15 1DA? My friend was getting terrible speeds (below 1Mbps) there yesterday

  • TwtrMinstrel
Peter Williamson Garland🕷️ (@TwtrMinstrel) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

The @O2 customer service wormhole, never give a sucker an even break. Free Disney+ The free that costs £5.99 a month

  • alyshiawalker7
ɹǝʞlɐʍ ɐᴉɥsʎl∀ (@alyshiawalker7) reported from Blackburn, Scotland

  • Johnmhunt
John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

I spoke online to @threeuk and also a shop and the deal wasn’t anywhere near as good as @O2 so now moved 2 of the 3 phones on Three to O2. These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

  • ladysmanca
Simona_la tradulettrice (@ladysmanca) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@O2 Thanks! As I need my phone for work I need to sort the issue soon.

  • zoeLjohnston
zoë johnston (@zoeLjohnston) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@O2 can you tell me if we can claim for any compensation for masts being down for days.....had no 4G/3G/2G for days and i need to be able to contact people and to be contactable

  • itspaulactually
Paul (@itspaulactually) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@O2 @robashcroft1 I’m in the same areas with the inclusion of Warrington. I’ve not got a 5G ready phone, all my mates that do have no issues with signal. Clearly prioritising 5G over 4G and gaslighting everyone with pointless tips that don’t work @O2

  • PaulCraig91
Paul Craig (@PaulCraig91) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@O2 Probably the Krosly Tracker. I don't drive but, my other half (some say better) @larissa_bohan (a current o2 customer) I think will get use out of it as she drives 😊 Many thanks again! #TheLittleThings

  • depeche2
▶️🔼🔼 (@depeche2) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@O2 your network is shocking.....why am I paying for a service I can't use ....your network status says very busy.....not my problem.....do I get a refund on my bill for when I can't use the Internet....in the heart of Edinburgh

  • Howard_Marsh
HM Maintenance (@Howard_Marsh) reported from Falkirk, Scotland

@O2 Falkirk I pay £92 a month and for last 3 weeks absolutely no network. My business needs. What on earth is going on!!

  • TwtrMinstrel
Peter Williamson Garland🇺🇦 (@TwtrMinstrel) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@O2 I am not a business. They have blatantly lied and conned me. Yet you are continuing to support these crooks?

  • iangilmour
Ian Gilmour (@iangilmour) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@O2 Customer Service adviser, Callum in Ayrshire, deserves a pay rise. He was very helpful and friendly. Fingers crossed he has sorted the issue that two other advisers didn't.

  • aligeochis
AliChis (@aligeochis) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@O2 hello. I have ordered the wrong sized screenprotector. How can I organise a replacement quickly. Online help not very helpful and calling o2 impossible. Thanks

@O2 @TomTugendhat You gaslighting *******. 5G in places like Manchester centre is like being back on one2one using WAP it's that's ******* slow. Stop paying out board members and upgrade your bloody network!

  • Slevern00p
    Slevern (@Slevern00p) reported

@O2 why is your app so crap. It should be easy to use it’s absolute trash. I just want to check my bills and all it does it’s send links, everything appears to external to the app. Sort it out

  • Groundhopperno1
    RichardAngell (@Groundhopperno1) reported

@O2 After 25 years as a customer, I’ve discovered the hardest part isn’t getting a mobile signal- it’s making a complaint. Broken forms, unmonitored complaint emails, missed promises, no updates and a 28-day wait for a response. Quite remarkable customer service.

  • arintsie
    A Rintsie (@arintsie) reported

Any idea @o2 when you will restore service to a vulnerable 89 year old who has been without communication for a week? Your “Guru team” have made no effort to get in touch nor has your customer services despite an access case being opened - check your DMs

  • EX23LCL
    Sideways Tree (@EX23LCL) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Wow it’s almost like the number of people using the network has increased dramatically but the infrastructure isn’t being built to keep up?

  • Jaxstad
    ᗪᗩᐯE (@Jaxstad) reported

@O2 Tried doing that before… that didn't help me either

  • Morgan7MJ
    Morgan 🇾🇪💫 (@Morgan7MJ) reported

Signal just gets worse and worse in the UK, in Chester train station atm and what used to work not too bad isn’t working at all and I’m on 4G full bars and nothing is loading or working. It’s pretty bad considering a place like Chester @O2

  • drhanko2
    Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
