Everyone I know with a 5G ready phone has no issues. Stop gaslighting everyone and just tell the truth and start refunding for your lack of service! #o2

Trying to resolve issues with customer service is horrendous as well. Roll on October when I can return to @O2

Power off/on and same. Happened at Hampden Park and at the weekend in Trafalgar Square and that area. Think it’s just @O2 can’t handle crowds.
