@O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

@O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

@joe_fush @O2 I've been trying to log into my @O2 account and you keep sending me text messages with codes on to log me in, but with absolutely zero signal I can not receive the codes to access my account 🥴

@O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

@O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.

@O2 5 attempts to order a new phone, 5 fails, over 6 hours on the phone to you. Credit check failed twice as one done on previous day twice. Not credit status problem just your process. 2 of the calls were over an hour and cost me £8+ in total on the home phone. Still not sorted!

@YourGirlAmyLou @O2 They did the same to my aunty who didn't understand she was getting a SIM until she did. We couldn't bother and kept it, now after a month of terrible broadband nationwide, we've cancelled virgin and O2 needs to be cancelled separately apparently, noone had ever mentioned! @ofcom
