    @O2 I have no issue with waiting so long as you will have it in stock? I was told next Saturday on the phone for delivery this am and then received an email to say it's not in stock. Hence the confusion 😕

    @O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

    @O2 please can I understand my refund for an order has not been done? I spoke to a customer representative after a week now and been told that it’s not on your system so I can’t get a refund? So why was a deduction made from my account and why was a receipt issued afterwards?

    @O2 just spoken to a lovely gentleman on the phone and the phone lines in my area are all down for up to 5 miles out of town. The guy on the phone even said they DONT have any dates when they will be sorted. Terrible service from you.
