    @O2 iv been unable to make or accept calls /text messages since Saturday. Other people in my area have same problem. Rely on phone to connect with elderly family & also for work. When will this be resoloved?

    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

    @O2 horrible company! Scammed my husband into a contact with you by promising him you'd retrieve his voicemails of deceased relatives (which was a lie!) Then ruined his credit score (whilst trying to apply for a mortgage) saying he hasn't paid his contract when he cancelled it!

    @O2 I have been reporting problems since end of 2019, but nothing has even been done! I cannot use the 5G in my house and the phone signal is awful and can only use the phone in 2 rooms and it now always working.
