    @O2 after 12 years with you your customer is very poor not impressed- no reception in Wilmslow all staff could do is say go and get a new SIM card not even investigate whether a mast is down 🙁

    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

    @O2 Yep I have. It says you've been working on masts in the last 24hrs but there should be no current issues. After you've been working on masts, how long do you expect til signal is normal again?

    @O2 shocking service from o2 in Wilmslow. 5 new handsets through business and a few can’t be processed due to error. Assured error would be corrected today, it was but then it wasn’t. Messed up my morning yesterday, afternoon today and still two missing handsets.

    @thameswater yet again your website on my phone is dreadful.trying to submit my final meter reading but it’s not having it. @SSE @VodafoneUK @O2 @BritishGas have no issues but yours is diabolical.

    @O2 Hi O2. Could someone please ask the Complaints Team to review complaint reference C-2805267674? The complaint was acknowledged on 29 May with a 28-day investigation timeframe, but I've not yet received a substantive response despite following up by email. Thanks.

    @O2 signed up 2yr sim only Fri 12/06. received msg "my new number active" but I put in a pac code to keep my old number AND the new SIM hasn't arrived yet. Also I keep getting booted out the login page now of my virgin media account. Not impressed at all. Considering cancelling

    @TomTugendhat @O2 Hi we had issues with O2 which was our Business Mobile supplier. There are coverage maps available, we checked them and found better coverage with EE. We tried a spare mobile first which was better, then changed to EE. Works well as we have two locations Wales and Southwest.
