Whilst I wait 45 minutes to speak to someone at @O2 I’ll also ask here I got an o2 SIM card when I upgraded my Virgin Media package and now have a separate bill to you monthly But I lost the SIM card and need a new one. I can’t receive a text obviously 🙄 to verify online. Help
-
Andrew (@pitcombe) reported
So @O2 are putting up their prices by 17% ~ put the service in BA10 up by 16% and I might even get a signal. Hello. From April 2023 the monthly price of your calls, texts and data will rise by the 13.4% RPI rate of inflation plus 3.9% as set out in your terms.
-
Mais ie (@maisfee) reported
Wow @O2 increasing their prices by nearly 20%!!!! Absolute jokers and I can't even get phone signal in half of my house. Can't wait to leave my contract and never come back!!!
-
Harriet (@H_Klim11) reported
@O2 when i call the phone is put down just as I'm being put through to the agent - happens every time - how can I get through to someone?
-
Darren Woolston-Box (@DWooBox13) reported
Glad to have my bill with @O2 raised even higher, they don’t even give the service I pay for now, so why not Absolutely top tier banter
-
emzyboo (@emzyboojones) reported
Receive an email this morning to say my phone bills going up by 18.5%! The 🤬 cheek of it when I can’t get signal or use any data in 90% of the places I go. @O2 you’re coverage is shockingly bad and should be reimbursing customers not charging more. What a joke!
-
Chris (@chriswb) reported
Hi @virginmedia, not every customer wants a bloody @O2 SIM with a contract renewal - I don’t care if it would be good for a ‘backup SIM’ as you suggested, I ain’t paying for it.
-
Marlo (@MarloForever) reported
I'm so relieved that my @O2 contract is almost up. A 17.3% increase to monthly price plans is daylight robbery. You can't expect loyalty from customers when you treat them so poorly.
-
Bec Treveil 💙 (@bectreveil) reported
Been a loyal @o2 customer since 2008 but after being told my bill is going up 13.4% for RPI plus 3.9% on top of that, reckon I'll be shopping around at the end of my contract. Surely there are only so many eye-watering shareholder profits I can contribute to.
-
Simon Hemmings (@SimonHemmingshj) reported from Chelmsford, England
@O2 @GarethTurpin I appreciate your personal message. However, I now remember why I left you last time, lower than average service, and now a 17.3% total price increase, which is disproportionate and completely knobbish if you ask me. @BBCNews
