Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

Turns out I've been blocked from O2 and my phone blocked off the network because I work shifts and couldnt answer my phone. Now I cant even ring their 24 hour helpline to sort it out. @O2

@O2 Even just narrow it down for the most recent one 01213140537 called today asking for my mother, who again has only ever been associated with this number via bill payments. The number has a negative mark against it on who called. How do they have this information if not via O2?

@O2 Like I said, she only paid the bill, her name was never listed anywhere else with this contact number alongside it. The number has been used to join many websites, but always with Rachel as the name. And you can’t have had a data breach or we’d have been informed 🤔
