    @O2 can someone explain why the signal is still useless in the ST6 area? I left O2 this year because of this but still have my partner and 4 family member's stuck on O2! Signal checker says no problems? It's been terrible for months 😡

    @O2 Sitting here at Costa enjoying a latte. Not enjoying the Internet connection that is utterly rubbish as always. It has been for a few years, I gave up on it hopefully being fixed. Paying for 5GB data that I can’t ever spend because it just is slow as snails.

    @O2 another awful experience with O2 tonight. On hold for 25mina just to be told that the insurance team have finished? Could you have told me that instead of the press 2 option?? Thanks for nothing. Business going elsewhere soon....

    @NikkiWordsmith @O2 I thought i was the only one receiving these annoying 0843 numbers almost everyday for the last year or so. The number is different everytime but it seems a few more people are having the same issue. O2 need to look into it.

    So it turns out @o2 have exactly ONE competent employee and he works at the Buchanan Street. Spent my entire afternoon dealing with online customer service who wouldn’t help, the Braehead store that started the problem refused to help… Buchanan Street guy fixed it in 10 minutes

    @O2 Went to the store. They won't help either. They say they don't know why you sent me there. And the sim in the old phone is now wiped and unusable.

    And as @O2 don't have any capability to deal with this problem, caused by them, which is centered entirely on their own systems, I'm probably going to waste an hour going back and forth to braehead again to try and fix the problem they have caused.

    ok so @O2 have epically ****** up. Turns out the iphone they sold me today can't be used as it requires an esim. But they have no facility to provide an esim. Every route leads to their app - which doesn't work without a sim because it requires a code to be texted to your phone.
