@TheO2 I wouldn’t attend any venue associated with this **** network @o2 the reason they are able to sponsor you is because of revenue and theft from illegally withholding funds from customers like myself and failure to meet their own complaint timescales @TelefonicaUK

Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

@O2 Called the original number given on website/chat, +44 7802 090100, on a different number and it says 'the call subscriber has switched off his terminal'. Had ended chat and can't get back into chat as 'all agents are busy'. Why is it so hard to listen to my damn voicemail abroad?

@O2 Having an ongoing issue no one will help me. 4months in still being charged for a contract that's payed up. I've been in the store at Leigh 3 times: can't help. I've rang the number they gave me twice to be kept on hold and then told its sorted. IT ISNT!! Not happy !!
