@O2 My elderly mum has a monthly contract with. o2 but the SIM card has stopped working therefore she can’t contact friends/family. Tried to call to order a new SIM but keep getting cut off.. can someone help please

@TheO2 I wouldn’t attend any venue associated with this **** network @o2 the reason they are able to sponsor you is because of revenue and theft from illegally withholding funds from customers like myself and failure to meet their own complaint timescales @TelefonicaUK

Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

@virginmedia Worst customer service on the planet. Tried to get Vault set up between Virgin Media and @O2 and the the VM advisor was trying to get me to purchase a new SIM card for £12 a month.
