    @O2 Sitting here at Costa enjoying a latte. Not enjoying the Internet connection that is utterly rubbish as always. It has been for a few years, I gave up on it hopefully being fixed. Paying for 5GB data that I can’t ever spend because it just is slow as snails.

    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

    @O2 your policy of using an out of house insurance company to take 80% off phone values for defects outside of customer control , then washing your hands of it. 11 years a customer of yours. Can't even be bothered to admit there's an issue with your policy. Just "not your problem"

    @O2 Unfortunately no, I don't just have a random phone. Its done the same again today, no notification of a voicemail until a few hours later. Maybe its a provider issue? As I've never had this issue before! Also had the phone for 2 years and no issues
