    @O2 I am disgusted in your customer service. I contacted you in regards to an extreamly bent iPad Pro 2018 that I’ve had for 2 months. Been to 2 Apple shops and 2 O2 shop and contacted your customer complaints to be told there is nothing you can do except send it in for repair(1)

    Had great service from @O2 for years but at the start of October a mast nearby broke and I just keep getting told it will be fixed soon would’ve thought soon would mean within 2 months

    I rang @O2 because my bill has been paid but my phone has been disconnected (the deal with that mate) and the woman who I spoke to was so god damn helpful, she was lovely! I can’t remember her name and that’s annoying, but I hope you have a great day!
