    @O2 I hope you can help. I’ve returned from France and noticed I called home twice and O2 arechanrging me for those calls. I’ve O2 travel in my tariff. I thought calls inside the eu were taken from my allowance (unlimited calls)

    Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

    @O2 wife has been trying to cancel her phone for 6months now but every time she gets through and confirms she wants to leave you guys hang up. We have sent letters even but last one came back “not known at this address” How difficult is it to cancel an out of contract phone

    I will never use @o2 insurance again after this. My friend told me about another company that are way better. It's so stressful having your phone stolen, then having to prove you was at work where the phone was stolen 🙄 if it got stolen walking my dog, how the hell would I prove

    @virginmedia @O2 Trust me, don’t go with Virgin. I’ve had no service for 43 days, they schedule appointments and then don’t turn up. Worst customer service, no idea when I’ll get my service back. Still taking my monthly payment though.
