@O2 I’m unable to remember my security question answer in order to change my password to view my a/c the system won’t accent any answers to other questions & customer care is unobtainable. It’s rubbish & unhelpful. I feel very cross!!!😡

@O2 How can I easily make a complaint? Made the huge mistake of upgrading with o2, total disaster, I’m out of pocket due to misinformation and poor customer service. I was told I’d receive a call back on Monday, I’m still waiting.. oh then there was the non existent loyalty discount

@O2 I’ve received a default notice for a mobile phone I have never had. Tried repeatedly to contact you and every option cuts me off. spoke to someone 5 days ago who said they’d ring me back in 5 minutes, I’m still waiting! Another chaser. How difficult is it to talk to you!

@JamieGlackin1 @O2 You are much cheaper just buying phones. If the initial outlay is an issue just buy renewed last year’s models for a fraction of the cost of contract phones.

Please @O2 I have full 4 bars of 4g signal and the connection is proper frigging **** in Crewe. I don’t want to be in Crewe, I have no choice this week. What’s going on? It’s worse than dial up.
