    @Kendall100Nick @virginmedia @O2 100% agreed Nick. Virgin Media phone slammed me (deliberately took over my call package from BT - only had BB with VM). When I realised VM customer services were utterly awful & mocking. Had to leave it due to a bereavement, but will never use them. Least BT apologised!

    @O2 @Georginamaydunk That's a **** answer. What does it mean long-term?

  • LeahWinston01 Leah Winston (@LeahWinston01) reported

    @O2 @virginmedia Is your network down. My phone says 4G and perfect signal but nothing is loading?? Been like this for 2/3 days.

  • Maverickaizer Maverick Kaizer (@Maverickaizer) reported

    @MisterMunkie @O2 @virginmedia I’ve been O2 since the BT Cellnet era. I have never used VM, as there has always been a question mark about them. I feel this merger will mostly benefit VM… just my opinion.

  • Lotte_eh Lotte e-hobbins (@Lotte_eh) reported

    @virginmedia @O2 Trying for days to get someone to assist with our business account, no one has come back to me. One of your routers is down and before that the wifi keeps crashing. Desperately need to get everyone back online but I just need someone to answer me

  • konnielyngus Madame Summerisle (@konnielyngus) reported

    @virginmedia I’m really pleased to hear that, Virgin. Good service is always very much appreciated and I would have stayed with you, had your services that we relied on and paid for worked. Hopefully @O2 will be a good influence on you.

  • TophHooperton Chris Hooper (@TophHooperton) reported

    If the @virginmedia and @O2 merger means continuous connection (5G pick up when broadband goes down) I will salivate.

  • krishalpin Dyskinetic. ディスキネティック。 (@krishalpin) reported

    @O2 Hi! I have a bunch of device plans, one of which I no longer need, how do I get in touch to cancel it? It’s not my whole account, just one device

  • Stevemills76 Steve Milligan (@Stevemills76) reported

    @O2 @virginmedia I’ll be leaving on next contract renewal then, virgin media are the worst for customer service! I’d rather pull my face off and wipe my arse on it!

  • LadyLou83 Emma G-M (@LadyLou83) reported

    @O2 Thank you, I have done this already, however I asked what are o2 actively doing to make our accounts more secure? Having been a customer of yours for over 10yrs I don’t feel I will renew my contract as I don’t feel you keep our accounts safe.
