@chris_greany @VodafoneUK Vodafone are well known for their appalling service. I've found @O2, although more expensive, to be spot on with customer service.

@O2 I’m unable to remember my security question answer in order to change my password to view my a/c the system won’t accent any answers to other questions & customer care is unobtainable. It’s rubbish & unhelpful. I feel very cross!!!😡

What is going on with customer service at the moment?? I know it’s busy but all I need is a bit of help, and with @TSB @O2 and @bt_uk all I’m met with is people who can’t be bothered?? Never experienced anything like it in my life.

@O2 Great. More dosh as well as the energy bills. Maybe something you guys could be considering to support teachers as they are required to teach remotely and sadly WiFi is not stable throughout the whole of the UK
