@O2 I’m unable to remember my security question answer in order to change my password to view my a/c the system won’t accent any answers to other questions & customer care is unobtainable. It’s rubbish & unhelpful. I feel very cross!!!😡

@CakeyKevin @O2 I'm having same issues this morning re: signal issues not far from your postcode location and I've reported it before in our area for over a year and they are telling me there isn't ever an issue when there clearly is an issue and has been for a while.

End Dec I said here my @O2 signal was rubbish (2 bars of 3G indoors, in Stevenage). Hats off - they've sent me weekly texts saying 'looking into it'... even had a call from them (they said they couldn't hear me as breaking up, ironically)... I'd just like it fixed please. Thanks

What is going on with O2 at the moment? Their webchat doesn't work, purchasing an upgrade on their website doesn't work and I was on hold for the better part of two hours yesterday while phones just rang out... and all I want to do is give you my money!! @O2 horrendous service!
