    @O2 Hi! Why is the internet in my town so **** for? Its been like this for over 3 weeks now. It takes atleast 5 minutes to get a signal when i switch my mobile internet on!

    Hey @O2 is there a actually a mast issue in Wolverhampton? As I've been receiving little to no Internet while I'm at work (WV10) It's been about 2 weeks. I'm not the only one either. Checked your service status and says there's a mast issue but it hasn't been fixed. Any ideas?

    @O2 customer services shocking after spending nearly 3 hours on the phone to them I had to go to the wolves store and sort it out myself. Massive thank you too Jeeves who works at o2 wolves for finding me a phone reserving it at merry hill I know have my new phone

    @O2 hi we ever getting a fix for postcodes WS14 and WV14 terrible phone signal and data just doesn't connect mentioned in December and according to your app it would be fixed in 2 weeks ?! 4months later still exactly the same

    Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

    I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

    @O2 I have today received another letter telling me the phone is blocked. I don’t have an O2 phone. I have never had an O2 phone. I don’t owe any money. I know you are looking at it but surely you can put a block on correspondence while you do?

    @O2 I have reached end of contract with O2 , rang them mid October to cancel my contract, I paid the a month I owed them the remaining month over the phone. They refused to cancelled my account 1040043374. Shame on O2 on £72 charge after the call

    @strandedatsea I'm with @O2. I have a 2 part contract: one element is a 0% loan for the phone over 2 or 3 years & the other part is "line rental and usage". I just paid off the phone. I can now part-ex it, or not, but my monthly bill just halved. I'd never buy upfront when 0% finance available.

    @virginmedia @O2 They are pensioners my mother is nearly 78 years old who doesn't know anything about tech etc. It's your service why should they be charged for help ? They want it sorted I've tried everything for them when I visited looked up solutions etc but none worked.

    @O2 @virginmedia Barely get a decent signal in Manchester. I’m on a 5G contract, you provide 3-4G shadily most of the time. Rubbish.
