Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

@O2 had a called yesterday about a upgrade and the person was going to call me back at 3.00 yesterday I am still waiting....this morning I have called been on hold for 30 minutes to be cut off what a joke bad customer service...I have been a customer with you for 18 years

@danboq @VodafoneUK At least @O2 only fob me off once every two weeks 🤪 And they don’t even give a reason, just knock the date back every time 🤣 As long as I have signal in time so I can send my Xmas texts I’ll be a happy chap

So @O2 have charged me +£5 for RECEIVING SMS messages whilst I was abroad, with roaming and data turned off....?? £60+ on my bill for SPAM SMS messages I received and never responded to 😡 Absolutely disgusting. Extortionate pricing. How can I control messages coming in??? #o2

@O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.
