Benjamin Webster (@benjaminlfc) reported@O2 I am sick and tired of not being able to make payment online or in the app because of your absolute shambles of a payment system, a system that you ironically upgraded last year telling us all that it would improve the system that had been around for years and years. For the record tickets have been raised to your back office teams by your CS over and over and not one has ever been replied to or acted on.

Owen (@owencb) reported@O2 @creudegurb @o2es Why is your network coverage ****? Genuine question
