  @natashas_notes @O2 @cafenero @O2Priority It’s not possible in Birmingham to get one after 3pm on Tue or Wed any more. Until last month we always got one every Wednesday at tea time if we wanted (sold out Tuesdays) but now they sell out on both days by 3pm. There’s no reason to be with @O2 now - no phone signal /coffee.

  2/2 @O2 I’m currently sat at Wolverhampton station and I have 1 bar or 4G in what is a major UK city. Absolutely nonsense that these problems continue to happen. I thought it was bad enough not getting full 4G in my house in Kilmarnock but this is just amateur hour at its finiest

  i can honestly say that @O2 is by far the worst company i think i’ve ever had a contract with, constant issues with them, had multiple hacks after talking to the OFFICIAL phone number, price hikes galore and now i can’t even access my bill to cancel and go sim only. Shocking👍🏼

  @O2 requested to convert sim to esim. my sim is now deactivated and the essim is "incompatible" with my device despite telling them the exact model of it. No longer have a working sim to access MyO2 or call customer service to fix it anymore.....
