    Hi @O2 I've tried to call about a technical problem (more a frustration) regarding voicemail. Called a couple of times last week, where messages advises you were busy. Now the message says, 'Use the website' and then hangs up. Any suggestions?

    @O2 Hi, I completely appreciate the guidance there but, no, it doesn't. When I got through three weeks ago, your colleague was going to escalate my query. I never got the promised call back, hence me trying more recently.

    @O2 hi we ever getting a fix for postcodes WS14 and WV14 terrible phone signal and data just doesn't connect mentioned in December and according to your app it would be fixed in 2 weeks ?! 4months later still exactly the same

    I’ve just been in to the @O2 store to get a new sim, fantastic service in store, however, I was shocked to find my contract has gone up £6 since October? How does that work??

    @O2 have still not processed a refund from March/April (despite being promised at the time I wouldn’t even be overcharged and my account had already been credited) Two weeks ago I was told payment would be with me in 5 days but I’m chasing ONCE AGAIN Atrocious customer service

    Hey @O2 is there a actually a mast issue in Wolverhampton? As I've been receiving little to no Internet while I'm at work (WV10) It's been about 2 weeks. I'm not the only one either. Checked your service status and says there's a mast issue but it hasn't been fixed. Any ideas?

    @O2 I had a issue with my billing and spoke to several of your phone assistants who did not help much at all, kept batting me off to Ariel Direct who also were useless. I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.

    @O2 @virginmedia Further to this, he has now told me that as I get a £15/month discount for my 1st 6 months with O2, I need to cancel that and pay full price in order to get the extra #Volt speed boost with VM

    @O2 I’m on pay as you go and I’m already registered! The issue is I cannot login on my o2 iphone app and I can log in on your website. I AM SICK OF THIS NOW! I’ve contacted your customer services 5 times and they don’t have a clue what is going on!

    @O2 fail yet again in delivering the simplest form of customer service. Meant to have a call back at 9am this morning but nothin. Once is a mistake twice is a mistake on purpose. 3rd and 4th is just simply cba. #jokeofanetwork

    @O2 @dombamber83 I'm starting to get fed up as well. Getting signal "deadzones", more frequent drops in speeds. And you have the nerve to say "we're investing". In what exactly. If 5g isn't more readily available by my contract end, I'll go elsewhere
