Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

@O2 had a called yesterday about a upgrade and the person was going to call me back at 3.00 yesterday I am still waiting....this morning I have called been on hold for 30 minutes to be cut off what a joke bad customer service...I have been a customer with you for 18 years

@O2 Hi! Why is the internet in my town so **** for? Its been like this for over 3 weeks now. It takes atleast 5 minutes to get a signal when i switch my mobile internet on!

I've been with @O2 for many years. I won't be renewing my contract. My phone is failing. The touch screen doesn't work at times. Calls drop. The call quality is shocking. My phone thinks its in a call long after a call ends. No damage to it from me. Will they help? No.
