    Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

    @O2 app has been down since yesterday so can’t check anything. My partner has applied for a contract and was told he’d have an answer within 48 hours and has now been way over 80 hours and just keeps getting told to wait another 24 hours. Not sure what’s occurring
