Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

Where I had over 200mbits 5G with three, I am now lucky to get 20mbits with O2. Do you have plans to improve your network? Have I made a mistake?

This didn't fix the problem with your network and unfortunately wipes out all WiFi and Bluetooth settings, which then need manually setting up again. Not good advice at all.

Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England@O2 After spending 6 hours trying to get hold of customer services, I ended up driving (and paying for parking) to go to one of your shops to get a sim swap. This apparently the only to get service working. Not the best of starts.
