    I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

    @simonmaroulis @O2 @ThreeUK The mast near me. Hasn’t worked in now 19months. I understand dead spots, but I struggle to get a 4g signal anywhere. Utterly ridiculous.

    2/2 @O2 I’m currently sat at Wolverhampton station and I have 1 bar or 4G in what is a major UK city. Absolutely nonsense that these problems continue to happen. I thought it was bad enough not getting full 4G in my house in Kilmarnock but this is just amateur hour at its finiest

    @O2 I had a issue with my billing and spoke to several of your phone assistants who did not help much at all, kept batting me off to Ariel Direct who also were useless. I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.

    @CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

    @kokeshimum @O2 I left O2 after ten years because it turned to ****. They made it as hard as they possibly could to leave which just served to anger me more. I switched to 3 network (two years) £21.50 pm unlimited it's perfect.

    @kokeshimum @O2 It’s quite simple really, the comms firms that own and run the cellular relay sites throttle the power down to save money, and only tweak it back up slightly when enough people complain about service standards…

    @kokeshimum @O2 Simple. The last government scraped the plan to role out 5G masts which were to be built by Huawei which a Chinese company. Because the US don’t trust China they told us we couldn’t either and so the role out never happen. Any 5G bandwidth is being used by the war effort.

    Hey @O2 it's been almost a month now of not being able to log into priority and after three calls and a visit to a shop it's still not working. They workers in the shop weren't even aware of the issue.

Now imagine that’s the only way you can actually pay the bill and O2 force you onto a promise to pay to restore service, tell you that you must pay, and it’s still not fixed! (Long story.     @kokeshimum @O2 I was on on a boat out in the med off the coast of Turkey and got perfect 5g. Half a mile from my house in Lincoln and I don’t get a signal on o2. It really is a crap service
