    @O2 had a called yesterday about a upgrade and the person was going to call me back at 3.00 yesterday I am still waiting....this morning I have called been on hold for 30 minutes to be cut off what a joke bad customer service...I have been a customer with you for 18 years

    @O2 It’s fine I spoke to someone on the phone. You officially have the worst customer care I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I should have stuck with three as at least they care about their customers and don’t rob them.

    @O2 I have looked at your network guide many times now, its useless. Its been 2 days since I have no mobile network. Wifi calling is not working even if it is activated. Why cant you provide an exact time when the issue will be solved?

    @lindapriestley1 @Danfudge @O2 I’ve found it to be a bit painful, takes a while to get what you need. Has the same with every network I’ve been with though other than Vodafone who charge a ridiculous premium for it

    @EE It’s true. @O2 4G is terrible in London, where you do have it… in crowded areas it never works and have to revert back to 3G. I’m definitely considering a change to @EE

    @O2 not happy - placed order today on basis next day delivery, o2 email confirming next day, text from DHL saying up to 72 hours & link that says Wednesday - which is it & why? Stay home for 3 days? Will I be loosing service (if contract starts today, could be 3.5 days wasted)?
