    @O2 is there a issue with a website ? I’ve paid for a phone twice now online and it still says unpaid …. And you’ve got my money !! Plus the phone is needed to employer to call me !!

    @O2 why does the local B90 4AJ mast go faulty EVERY week. 6 weeks in a row now, we get no service until it is repaired. You need better repair engineers as their repairs do not even last a week!!!

    @O2 I'm an existing o2 customer, I have just tried to order a basic product from you 3 times online and then over the phone - which took 2 calls and 40 mins. I had to cancel the order as you were unable to complete the sale on 4 occasions. Absolute awful experience
