John Riley (@stairforce) reported from Stratford-upon-Avon, England@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England@O2 working like clockwork? It goes faulty every week. "O2 Network Update: Stratford Rd, Shirley, Solihull B90 4AJ, UK Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry.

Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England@O2 After spending 6 hours trying to get hold of customer services, I ended up driving (and paying for parking) to go to one of your shops to get a sim swap. This apparently the only to get service working. Not the best of starts.
-
Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England@O2 just changing to O2 as I opted for deal with Virgin. Disappointed with how poor your coverage is locally in the B90 area. Where I had over 200mbits 5G with three, I am now lucky to get 20mbits with O2. Do you have plans to improve your network? Have I made a mistake?

Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England@O2 9 hours after you reported it fixed (again). O2 Network Update: Stratford Rd, Shirley, Solihull B90 4AJ, UK Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry.
-
Liam Johnston (@railwaychaplain) reported from Rugby, England@Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

love, light & hope ✨️ (@LoveLightHope2) reported@O2 customer service sucks, having so many issues trying to place a new order as an existing customer. Website broken, customer service reps don't fix the problem. Soooo annoying.

-
Pirate Tank (@PirateTank) reported@O2 Thanks for replying, ive spent 3 hours on hold, to nobody, no information. Ive decided that due to the pathetic signal I get with o2 coupled with the fact nobody will speak to me as a human to cancel all 5 contracts as they end the worst service of any uk provider ive experienced
-

Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper
-
Lauren Hill (@LaurenHill0808) reported@O2 hi, do you know of any issues surrounding High Wycombe town centre? For the last few weeks I have had little to no data signal in the town centre
