@O2 I haven’t had any signal in my own home for 2 weeks and when I check online it says there won’t be an update until the 10th of June. How is that acceptable for a paying customer? I’ve missed an extremely important medical call back because they can’t get through to me

  • matthew_74 Matthew Sparks (@matthew_74) reported from West Bromwich, England

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 just changing to O2 as I opted for deal with Virgin. Disappointed with how poor your coverage is locally in the B90 area. Where I had over 200mbits 5G with three, I am now lucky to get 20mbits with O2. Do you have plans to improve your network? Have I made a mistake?

  • StevoJones1984 Steve Jones (@StevoJones1984) reported from West Bromwich, England

I seriously can't wait to get off @O2. Their customer service has been top notch, but the signal is beyond a joke.

  • matthew_74 Matthew Sparks (@matthew_74) reported from West Bromwich, England

@O2 Hi, I completely appreciate the guidance there but, no, it doesn't. When I got through three weeks ago, your colleague was going to escalate my query. I never got the promised call back, hence me trying more recently.

  • notdodgy Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 Getting very close to the point of cancelling my order. The port has failed and I have no service. Cannot get through to your support as there are no agents available. No reply to FB message since 9 am. The clock is ticking...

@dez101notout @virginmedia @O2 I don't have 5G. Nor do I want it. Everything is now all Vodafone it used to be EE. I don't want to switch back to O2. Their customer service was good but at Midnight they turn down the signal. I've a dual sim with O2 pay+go too. It drops every night to nothing like clockwork.

  • konnielyngus Madame Summerisle (@konnielyngus) reported

@O2 @virginmedia Your service has been impeccable for the 8 years I’ve been with you. You’ve me helped so much this year. I was with Virgin for 3 years. Never again, or so I thought. I hope this doesn’t mean bad news because I have several devices with you and due to renew again in September.

  • ryem67 Scott (@ryem67) reported

@O2 @virginmedia Been an O2 customer for 18 years. After this partnership announcement I will be cancelling all contracts and dealings with O2. I will not now or ever have anything to do with scumbag company v****n.

  • jerry_mckean Jerry McKean 💙 (@jerry_mckean) reported

@O2 @SkyDivingGecko Your customer service is useless. Every month I pay via DD but every month I get text saying bill hasn't been paid, I then have to ring my bank who confirm o2 haven't attempted to take payment. Every month it's the same. How can you not process a simple DD?

  • jenny_o85 Jennifer Mitchell (@jenny_o85) reported

@virginmedia @O2 Absolutely disgusted by the service I have and am receiving from Virgin Media! I have a handset which has become Defective within 18 months - no knock, no break, no damage to the handset. Apple have run tests and identified the issue as being either the sim carrier or the

  • jenny_o85 Jennifer Mitchell (@jenny_o85) reported

@virginmedia @O2 is not fit for purpose! (Also as a side note - I cannot claim on house insurance as it has not been dropped but is a spontaneous malfunction)! Any help anyone can give me - I would be grateful to receive (via inbox please!)

  • Antenna1Brown Beverley Brown (@Antenna1Brown) reported

@O2 @virginmedia Please don't let your good customer service and the way you treat your customers change. I used to be with Orange and they were as good to customers as you but when they merged and Orange became no more, there was nothing to keep me with EE. O2 were the perfect replacement.

  • notjay92349724 not jay (@notjay92349724) reported

@G8merGuy @virginmedia @O2 Yep. O2 has been dog egg in my area since forever, and virgin don’t do 5g in my area. Then factor in there god awful customer services…

  • tigersoph Sophie Marshall (@tigersoph) reported

@O2 @virginmedia This is terrible news. I’ve always been happy with O2 and your customer service has been excellent. The worst experience I’ve had with any media provider was with Virgin Media. It was horrendous. Please don’t change your system for theirs. PLEASE. 🙏🏻

  • jenny_o85 Jennifer Mitchell (@jenny_o85) reported

@virginmedia @O2 antenna - however they cannot fix it as the parts are not sold individually and it would be a replacement handset for £519. I contacted Virgin Media and I have been met with a lack of support, guidance BUT a quote of a minimum of £660 to fix my handset. (Please bear in mind
