I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

I’ve just been in to the @O2 store to get a new sim, fantastic service in store, however, I was shocked to find my contract has gone up £6 since October? How does that work??

@O2 so Im looking to upgrade my phone. Problem is, the elements of my pay monthly plan are now split and out of sync. Virgin Handset is now mine but 20 months left on O2 airtime plan. I cant cancel my O2 plan in order to start again (it wont let me change tariffs for 20 months)

@lifeandsweat @O2 Have had **** coverage for about a year, may e more. All I get in return is send us the postcode and them saying there's maintenance happening. I cannot wait to leave O2 and get a provider that can actually provide network coverage where I live.
