Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. I have been accused of lying when the things that were agreed were on a recorded call. My complaints been ongoing since August 25. They have certainly lost a customer once this contract is over
