So no internet, data, @NOWTV, or @FreeviewTV. Oh, and a child needs to revise online for exams on Monday. Fantastic.

They couldn't fix it so they sent me a second hand PINK device as a replacement. When I questioned this with online chat they said it was in the terms and conditions..
