    Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

    @O2 have still not processed a refund from March/April (despite being promised at the time I wouldn’t even be overcharged and my account had already been credited) Two weeks ago I was told payment would be with me in 5 days but I’m chasing ONCE AGAIN Atrocious customer service

    Hi @O2 I've tried to call about a technical problem (more a frustration) regarding voicemail. Called a couple of times last week, where messages advises you were busy. Now the message says, 'Use the website' and then hangs up. Any suggestions?

    @CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

    @O2 so Im looking to upgrade my phone. Problem is, the elements of my pay monthly plan are now split and out of sync. Virgin Handset is now mine but 20 months left on O2 airtime plan.  I cant cancel my O2 plan in order to start again (it wont let me change tariffs for 20 months)

    @O2 customer services shocking after spending nearly 3 hours on the phone to them I had to go to the wolves store and sort it out myself. Massive thank you too Jeeves who works at o2 wolves for finding me a phone reserving it at merry hill I know have my new phone

    I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

    Hey @O2 is there a actually a mast issue in Wolverhampton? As I've been receiving little to no Internet while I'm at work (WV10) It's been about 2 weeks. I'm not the only one either. Checked your service status and says there's a mast issue but it hasn't been fixed. Any ideas?

    @O2 your customer service is terrible , I have been waiting for two days for you to sort out your error. 2 days with no work phone !! No communication and when I do ring I just get told to wait for 24hrs. Even though it’s been 48 now !!

    @O2 I work all over and it’s pretty much every postcode I go in. My Pal is EE and he’s always got signal and at least 4G when I dont get anything. Pointless.

    @O2 what has happened in the Waterloo /Crosby area? In the past 6 months whilst I'm here at work my signal doesn't go past 1 bar. My daughter is here today with her phone and hers is the same. I can't make phone calls incase it cuts out.
