There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

Advised in the past to change settings in phone to use 3G but it's hardly practical to keep doing this. 4G+ in the City Centre just seems overloaded much of the time. Other half on Vodafone no issues at all. Very frustrating.

Unable to get thru and no response to messages. Its crucial he has a working phone especially at this time. Shameful customer service.....

I've raised a complaint but again, nothing back for weeks. I'm now receiving payment demand letters despite the fraud case existing.

No one could answer why I hadn’t been contacted by the 4 previous managers that should have called me. A formal complaint was logged and yet again no response!!!!
