Yo why is @O2 4G network coverage so garbish lately? Sort your **** out man, I don't pay for a 1 bar signal wherever I go!

  • RefinedSavage
Dani Grim (@RefinedSavage) reported from Dudley, England

Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

  • ChrisSammons_
Chris Sammons #StayHomeSaveLives (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England

    @paulwrightyboy @O2 @TelefonicaUK @MarkEvansO2 I have full signal...and 4G

  • AshScrivens
Ashley Robert Scrivens (@AshScrivens) reported from Birmingham, England

Remember when @three public shamed @o2 for being down. Pot Kettle..

  • matthew_74
Matthew Sparks (@matthew_74) reported from West Bromwich, England

@O2 Hi, I completely appreciate the guidance there but, no, it doesn't. When I got through three weeks ago, your colleague was going to escalate my query. I never got the promised call back, hence me trying more recently.

  • gracielou_xx
Gracie xo (@gracielou_xx) reported from Swindon, England

I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

  • KittykatClaire
Claire B🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ (@KittykatClaire) reported from Willenhall, England

I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

  • emmajsaunders
emma saunders (@emmajsaunders) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 had a called yesterday about a upgrade and the person was going to call me back at 3.00 yesterday I am still waiting....this morning I have called been on hold for 30 minutes to be cut off what a joke bad customer service...I have been a customer with you for 18 years

  • notdodgy
Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 After spending 6 hours trying to get hold of customer services, I ended up driving (and paying for parking) to go to one of your shops to get a sim swap. This apparently the only to get service working. Not the best of starts.

  • _Rachele_
Rachele 🍷 (@_Rachele_) reported from Redditch, England

@O2 It was bad all morning in Birmingham. Currently at home in Redditch and it's better but a tad slow. It's the 4G 👍

  • ChrisSammons_
Chris Sammons (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England

@O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

  • Adventure_Rach
🎢👠 Adventure Rachel 🎢👠 (She/Her) (@Adventure_Rach) reported from Perton, England

@O2 sorry correct tag now!! 13 years+ with three and no real discount for loyalty and pushy chat op trying to get me to have a S22! Nah not a hope! #TeamPixel ftw! I hope @O2 will treat me well

  • Villandrew
Andrew Horton (@Villandrew) reported from Solihull, England

@villa19799 @O2 My mrs Is with @O2 and signal and 4G has been horrific lately, I’m on @virginmedia and have had no issues whatsoever .

  • PeteVillan1981
Carpy Villan™️ (@PeteVillan1981) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@villa4ever29 @Virgin @O2 Awful mobile coverage for the last 12 months. Shame I’m tied in to my contract for another 6 months. It’s been particularly bad the last couple of weeks. No 4G available and switching between 3G & EDGE regularly. Appalling

  • StevoJones1984
Steve Jones (@StevoJones1984) reported from West Bromwich, England

I seriously can't wait to get off @O2. Their customer service has been top notch, but the signal is beyond a joke.

  • notdodgy
Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England

@O2 just changing to O2 as I opted for deal with Virgin. Disappointed with how poor your coverage is locally in the B90 area. Where I had over 200mbits 5G with three, I am now lucky to get 20mbits with O2. Do you have plans to improve your network? Have I made a mistake?

  • John10649040
John (@John10649040) reported from Birmingham, England

@O2 when are you going to fix the masts around Birmingham ( B11 ) as I’m sick of not bloody signal / data . £25 I think I’m do a refund !

  • MrTegSingh
Teg Singh (@MrTegSingh) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@wolvesclaire @O2 Never been so angry been on the phone since 8.30 cut off 3 times and been transferred to so many different departments. 😡😡😡😡

  • gav_wallace1
Gavin Wallace (@gav_wallace1) reported from Wednesfield, England

2/2 @O2 I’m currently sat at Wolverhampton station and I have 1 bar or 4G in what is a major UK city. Absolutely nonsense that these problems continue to happen. I thought it was bad enough not getting full 4G in my house in Kilmarnock but this is just amateur hour at its finiest

  • AndyH_Official
Andy Hollinson (@AndyH_Official) reported from Redditch, England

@O2 It’s ok now thank you. It was down for about 25 mins across a number of phones

  • utopianluvr
    Eve (@utopianluvr) reported

@arokorol @O2 Upset about the truth huh? Too damn bad. You are lucky to be have set foot on Palestinian soil. Greedy greedy entitled for nothing.

  • GarySpedding
    Gary Spedding (@GarySpedding) reported

@arokorol @O2 One of two possibilities: Your phone connected to an errant signal from a Palestinian mobile tower in the West Bank. You are lying and were not actually in Ben Gurion Airport when you got this text but actually travelling in Jerusalem or to an illegal settlement in West Bank.

  • confessorkev
    Sebastian K Lockhart (@confessorkev) reported

    @o2 help ffs

  • FreemanIan
    Ian freeman (@FreemanIan) reported

@O2 I left O2 mid January having paid £61 in December, phone calls after phone calls and each time I was told a manager would call, never did, in the end I was going to go to the regulator.

  • BMclobb
    Bob McLobb (@BMclobb) reported

@andrejpwalker @O2 go giff gaff, same network, less fuckery

  • pmaceoin
Paul Mac Eoin, PhD (@pmaceoin) reported

@arokorol @O2 Seems expensive but I guess maintaining a network in a warzone is hard. Probably not the biggest hardship someone has suffered in that area today so 🔬🎻🤏

  • TheWhogg
Emeritus Prof Alpaca McSputum (@TheWhogg) reported

@OzSabb77 @arokorol @O2 Yep he's only a few miles away from the PLA-controlled areas. Probably the first signal it found (especially if the plane landed from the east) followed by a closer one. I had to turn off roaming after visiting Bayt Lehm for fear of being billed thousands.

  • askthedood
    KevyD (@askthedood) reported

Seems @O2 you’ve broken the fairly ok ish My O2 app as the poorly integrated webpage integration when you go to make a payment, rather than built in as before, isn’t working properly. It doesn’t link multiple accounts to outstanding balance (still) and Apple Pay doesn’t work.

  • Bradalad
    Bradalad (@Bradalad) reported

@O2 it's that frequent you won't deal with issues, we've even got a scammer below in the comments attempting hijack the opportunity. This is horrendous customer service.
