Unable to get thru and no response to messages. Its crucial he has a working phone especially at this time. Shameful customer service.....

I don’t owe any money. I know you are looking at it but surely you can put a block on correspondence while you do?

I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.
