  • Hannahbreenx
han (@Hannahbreenx) reported from Bromsgrove, England

@O2 I haven’t had any signal in my own home for 2 weeks and when I check online it says there won’t be an update until the 10th of June. How is that acceptable for a paying customer? I’ve missed an extremely important medical call back because they can’t get through to me

  • auspices

  • sabphotos69
SAB Photography (@sabphotos69) reported from Woodside, England

@simonmaroulis @O2 @ThreeUK The mast near me. Hasn’t worked in now 19months. I understand dead spots, but I struggle to get a 4g signal anywhere. Utterly ridiculous.

  • RefinedSavage
Dani Grim (@RefinedSavage) reported from Dudley, England

Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

  • charlll18x
Charlotte (@charlll18x) reported from Dudley, England

  • sabphotos69
SAB Photography (@sabphotos69) reported from Dudley, England

@TheOldDear @O2 @EnglandRugby You’d think it would be easy to provide a service considering they charge me……….. wait for it £67 a month. I get no signal at all most of the time. Yet apparently engineers are working on it.

O2 Issues Reports

  • cdrider1

@TomTugendhat @O2 What party made the network providers rip out working infrastructure without a plan to replace it, Tom? Which party failed to invest in infrastructure for 14 years, Tom?

  • LukeAlexanderpr
    Luke Alexander (@LukeAlexanderpr) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 Go on your mobile data settings and turn your signal to “5G on” not automatic!

  • RAGunner72
    DirtySecret (@RAGunner72) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom, Dulwich’s signal isn’t bad because O2 or EE don’t care, it’s because Southwark and local residents block or shrink almost every modern mast application. Operators want to fix it, but planning laws stop them. Until councils allow proper 20–25m masts, Dulwich will always have Kabul‑level reception.

  • anexiledjew
Greg - Israelite in Exile (surviving the Galut) (@anexiledjew) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone I've seen this in other countries, and there's no reason it can't be implemented in the UK. Because these networks don't have the ability to properly cover the entire country, there's absolutely no reason we can't have domestic roaming in the same way we have international roaming. They wouldn't have to charge for it because every single mobile network would benefit from it. If you can't get an EE signal, for example, you would roam to Vodafone instead. It could be switched on instantly, but they choose not to do this.

  • BritishGreats
    British Greats 🇬🇧 (@BritishGreats) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE the railways that won empire were built with iron will not endless bike lanes reform uk under farage can deliver the network we need restore fragments the right hands more seats to labour

  • Fr2962Free
    Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree with Tom on very little! However this is spot on! In parts of inner London EE signals are atrocious and despite checks that the area has a strong signal. They must do better or give customers some form of mobile signal booster.

  • CliveRoper
    Clive Roper (@CliveRoper) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 Try Vodafone network via the Lebara network

  • bendougcraig
    Ben Craig (@bendougcraig) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom, this issue has been going on for years. It occurs in your current and former constituencies. So why wasn’t there an effort made when your party was in government to solve this?

  • Robbbb58
