    @O2 ok...this is ridiculous. My son is desperately trying to unlock his phone from o2 so he can use 3 network. Nobody is available from o2. Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

    @silverstrivers That's why I always have International Calls blocked @silverstrivers as it's a nightmare trying to get Mobile Providers to listen to you and help resolve issues around International charges! I'd be surprised if @O2 actually will look into this quickly for you... #o2 #CustServ

    @Russats @O2 I have EE for my phone and home broadband and the 5g on my phone is a lot faster than the broadband! There are problems with 5g though, if you are on the outskirts of the 5g coverage it loses signal a bit like a radio even though the 4g is great.
