So no internet, data, @NOWTV, or @FreeviewTV. Oh, and a child needs to revise online for exams on Monday. Fantastic.

We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

Shocked when phoned to order the bolt on and told its for personal customers only. Do you not value business customers?
