    @O2 so Im looking to upgrade my phone. Problem is, the elements of my pay monthly plan are now split and out of sync. Virgin Handset is now mine but 20 months left on O2 airtime plan.  I cant cancel my O2 plan in order to start again (it wont let me change tariffs for 20 months)

    Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

    I had a very convincing call from someone pretending to be from @O2 offering me 40% off my next bill due to bad service in the last month. They then said I should be receiving a code via text to prove it was legit. Luckily I didn’t give it to them. Watch out for this scam!

    @O2 I changed my SIM card recently .I cancelled my old DD and now I can’t seem to set up a new one as my surname has changed but I still have same bank account There is no answer on your customer service phones and the virtual assistant is a waste of time . This needs sorting !

    @O2 How long does it take for a refund for lyte charging? Used with priority and secured with Apple Pay. The machine was broken and I didn’t even get the charger.

    @O2 horrendous customer service from O2 Problem went through the whole complaints review service and was rectified only to then present itself again 3 months later. Managers don’t call back and the complaints team don’t respond. No choice but to go to the Ombudsman! Avoid!
