Absolutely awful customer service from Awais at @O2 call centre. Takes 5 days to get an unlock code so that I can use my phone on another network and my o2 line finishes tomorrow! @Ofcom @WhichUK manager was in a 'meeting' and will get back to me by 9pm tonight. #stayawayfromo2

@O2 ok...this is ridiculous. My son is desperately trying to unlock his phone from o2 so he can use 3 network. Nobody is available from o2. Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

@O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

@O2 my son has changed network provider from o2 to ee. Waiting 5 days now for tel no to be transferred. Unable to get thru and no response to messages. Its crucial he has a working phone especially at this time. Shameful customer service.....

Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

@O2 B11HQ B4 B42 B44 They are my main postcodes, they used to be fantastic, for about 3 months now signal has drilled into the ground.

@O2 Hi there, Please sort out the network service. Ain’t receiving calls and messages. As soon I call my mom, it says call failed repeatedly (from my moms iPhone) contacted they said 24 hours, been more than that. Cheers.

Please help @O2 I don't have a signal for calls or data.. I have restarted the phone, taken SIM put and put back in and still nothing. I made a call at 8am and since then zero! No issues showing via your website either! Any help appreciated! #needaconnection

@O2 Ordered a new SIM and customer services took a PAC code on ordering. Will it automatically move to the number we want (attached to PAC code) when sim is inserted / used? Still got a random number on it at the moment

@O2 Yes and it didn’t help. I can try the sim in my previous phone, but I’m not sure why everything else is working. If it’s not working tonight I’ll head into a store tomorrow.
