    @O2 So you increase bills by a shocking and laughable % and yet I still can get a decent signal, so bad that my phone disconnects from the network for days at a time. You're going to loose loads of custom, sort your network out!

    @O2 I have been o2 customer since 2018, due to the mid contract increases, I will not renew my contract and will either switch to Sky or Tesco mobile. Both of these companies don't increase their prices mid contract. I recommend current and potential o2 customers to avoid o2.

    @O2 Customers SHOULD be able to cancel when you are putting the CONTRACT up by 13.4%. Why do we have to keep our end of the contract, but you don’t have to?

    @clim8resistance Yes indeed & i did challenge through the ombudsman. It took 3 years to sort in my favour & the letters & emails they'd claimed to have sent me turns out were sent to someone with the same name the other end of the country. Arseholes @o2 never even apologised & gave me £50 compo
