  @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

  Upgraded @O2 after speaking to a young lady called Nikki (from up north). Not because she convinced me, because she seemed to actually care. Ensure you commend her for her approach. Ps - I nearly left due to phone signal being nonexistent at Leeds Festival. Sort it out for 2022!

  Anyone else in #Ealing area on @O2 who is having REALLY inconsistent Data Signal since late last week? . Full 5 5G bars. But some apps and websites like Discord just will not load but randomly others (twitter) do. (All fine on Wi-fi so it’s not the sites/apps)
