Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

@O2 hi, had a PAC ported across this morning. Would be told everything would be ready before 18:00. I cannot receive calls or send/receive texts. Made numerous calls to O2 today with no resolution and disconnected numerous times while waiting for customer services. Please advise.
