    Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    Only recently renewed my forever contract with @O2 (never having switched providers) but following my last two discussions with customer service this will most definitely be the last time I renew with them. #uselesscustomerservice

    Hi @O2, when using Wi-Fi calling on my iPhone people complain of broken sound - any ideas? I’ve tried switching Wi-Fi calling and the device off and back on plus a hard reset of the phone but the issue remains.

    @O2 hi o2. Had my number transferred today. All working well after a 17 hour wait only to have no signal for the last four hours while I was out. Can’t call 202 for help with no signal and don’t want to be without it all weekend. Can you help?
