@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

@DargeKnight @O2 got the same issue masts are constantly not working I get less than 1mb speed and certain parts are non existant and are mug you off for the amount they charge and they expect us to pay about 14% extra in april for a service that is **** and they have no intention of improving

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Signed up for tv, broadband and phone with services starting on the 26th January. Having called several times, spent hours on WhatsApp , an IT problem raised on 1st February, with a response within 3 to 5 days, I am no further forward. Customer service is shocking #notimpressed
