@O2 I had a issue with my billing and spoke to several of your phone assistants who did not help much at all, kept batting me off to Ariel Direct who also were useless. I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.

@O2 Come on guys, Termination of Contracts only with letter or Fax in germany? Why not with mail like other companies? It's 2025!!! Your service regarding the structure of the website, your keyword function within the search, and your hotline are already completely unfriendly to customers, even if every employee on the hotline babbles something about top service!
