    Only recently renewed my forever contract with @O2 (never having switched providers) but following my last two discussions with customer service this will most definitely be the last time I renew with them. #uselesscustomerservice

    Words fail me at the appalling service I have received from @O2 for the last week trying to get a phone I ordered on 4th jan!!! Supposed to be a business customer and it counts for nothing! #losingthewill #poorcustomerservice @SamsungUK do you know how bad they are???

    Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

    @O2 think o2 should seriously consider folding as a company. The signal is absolutely rotten to the core abd mobile data is a complete joke… wondered if it was me and every lad in work says exact same.. and the o2 app on phone is a joke as well
