@O2 ok...this is ridiculous. My son is desperately trying to unlock his phone from o2 so he can use 3 network. Nobody is available from o2. Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

@O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

At this point, I want to cancel. I’ve been on the phone for 2hrs right now. Total I’ve spent with customer services is nearly 8 hours and nothing is solved. I’m on the phone with the cancellation team as I type this @O2 just shocked at how crap this service is.

Absolutely unbelievable customer service @O2, I’m shocked. I was told several things were to be done but was not completed. Ended up being overcharged £100+ for things that I was promised it won’t. I was then accused of LYING to another customer agent. Full story below soon.
