    @O2 had a called yesterday about a upgrade and the person was going to call me back at 3.00 yesterday I am still waiting....this morning I have called been on hold for 30 minutes to be cut off what a joke bad customer service...I have been a customer with you for 18 years

    @O2 All of those tickets should be cancelled and sold again as maximum 4 per customer. And must provide your mobile number to prove you are an O2 customer. Utter shambles and shame on Peter Kayand his Promoters for letting this happen in the first place

    @O2 Saw the gigs and tours ‘hack’ on Twitter during the early afternoon, but I’m guessing the tickets were long gone by the time it was taken down. Lots of time and effort wasted. Really poor experience and those responsible seem to just be shrugging their shoulders. 2/2.

    @O2 That’s Just terrible, I’ve constantly been trying to get on the app without success since 09:45 with the odd glimmer of hope until this afternoon till now it says it’s actually down so how can you be sold out ? I think a fuller explanation is needed to your loyal customers!
