Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

@O2 Its not a very good look when I’ve had 2 of your agents put the phone down on me when ‘transferring’ to another department. It’s also not a good look when you send me a cheque and a default notice within a month of each other. Even worse when the accounts been closed 2 months

@O2 its happening everywhere! 5G BARELY works on your network and im paying for it stupidly and 4G just works when it feels like it! When im on the train there is no point getting my phone out because I wont get any messages or any connection until im off it and home Poor service 😞

@O2 I’m disappointed to see the weekly Caffe Nero treat has been downgraded to a monthly drink. It was the only reason I have tolerated o2 and their patchy mobile service (non existent in my house).
