Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

@O2 I have not. Would it be wise to try in another phone to see if still a problem then? I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21. It has been in there since having the phone, so the only phone it has been inserted in. Calls, texts are phone. Seems just Internet / Data.

@ImNabeelAhd @ThreeUK I had 3 from 2012 to 2018 finally got rid of them, their Indian call centres such nuisance, it took me 3 days to just cancel my contract with them, They are so stubborn they don't let u leave easily & always comes up with new offer but service is ****. Now I m with @O2 and happy.

@O2 Finally spoke to a human, he said he'd put me through to the relevant dept, and my call was disconnected again. This is really unsatisfactory, especially as my problem arises from a mistake made by O2, which I'm now wasting my time chasing. Let me know if you'd like to help.
