Sean Barrett (@SeanRBarrett) reportedDisappointed to see that in 6yrs @O2 has made zero effort to role out 5G across Wales.! Outside of Cardiff, nothing. 23% reach according to OFCOM. It was the same 6yrs ago!! WTF!🤬
-
Take That, Clouds (@TakeThatClouds) reported@O2 Apparently to transfer your eSIM from a phone that doesn't work to a new phone you can also get your new phone and place it next to the phone that doesn't work. But make sure the phone that doesn't work is switched on and Bluetooth is on.
-
Max (@maxwaa) reported@O2 This is the problem, your app and your sites never show issues but I know exactly where I hit dead zones, where I struggle with slow/no loading data. Your coverage maps are incorrect.
-
Savannah (@justicenowxxx) reported@O2 I responded and I hope no more generic emails rather than looking into the issue
-
Paul (@ToeStrike) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Now imagine i call up, and pretend to be you, so I can get your e-sim swapped to my device, so when I find your login details on a password leak list for a site, I get your 2FA token sent to my device upon login, and you blame O2 for having **** security.
-
Dr Sonali Misra (@MisraSonali) reported@O2 I am also unable to log into VMO2 in India through my laptop. How do I speak to customer care without having to spend money on international call? Please help. I am being charged for an extra month when I’ve already paid for everything and disconnected it in time
-
Scott (@Sc077as) reported@O2 your phone coverage is absolutely diabolical!!! Sat in Bristol airport and have 4g and it’s about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Pay for a 5g service and get nothing anywhere. Shambolic. #nO2
