    Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

    @O2 after a 7 day battle to get a watch which is not connecting to network. I Now have the battle if sending it back. You also can't go into a shop .good luck getting hold of any contact details for o2. All they send is a bunch of links which sends you no where

    @O2 I have never laughed so hard this year until I heard O2’s stupid, ridiculous and crazy commercial about CO2. We get it, but man, that commercial is just CRINGY. Whoever thought about needs to be sacked! The lady also sounded like from the 70’s selling toilet brushes. Eww!

    There is an issue with a mobile mast near me that affects all networks & it’s had issues since January & it’s still not fixed! @O2 say “ordered a part” multiple times but never gets installed & @ThreeUK just say “we’re working in this area to fix a mast” It’s been 5 months!

    Thanks @O2. Stuck in Europe due to travel restrictions trying to keep in touch with family and you slap a £27 charge on us. Changing provider as soon as we get back. Poor customer service. Response please. #O2takingadvantage
