    Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

    @O2 My wife’s heard back - contract had an “Android bolt on “ & sim moved into iPhone, as she did not inform O2 data roaming is unavailable. Why should phone matter? The sim with data should work on any phone and why should a customer inform O2 about changing mobile? @Ofcom

    @Aruuj_x @virginmedia @O2 Hi Aruj, if you have difficulty obtaining a deadlock letter, you will have to wait eight weeks since raising the complaint before referring it to CISAS. If we believe that a service provider is not sending deadlock letters when they should be, we may look in to this further.

    @O2 I have done everything call customer service request with sms but no one can help and fraud is also from inside I can prove it it’s upgrading fraud where o2 employees are involved I have strong evidence any how I need pac code
