@O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

@GorillaoJustice @O2 Shocking signal usually coincides with work on or upgrades to the mast network. Worth checking the O2 website for any work they’re doing because they don’t always tell you (if they’re anything like Three).

@GorillaoJustice @O2 Hi James. I’m on O2 as well and not a million miles from you (N Wiltshire). I had issues yesterday. Losing signal, slow Internet, 3G. Today has been better. Still slightly flaky but not an issue. Hopefully yours will sort itself out. I’ve been with 02 16 years & won’t change
