    @pensionmonkey @O2 Yes we can do wifi calling but even round at the in laws we cant get signal to make a phone call

    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

    Hey @O2 my upgrade was supposed to come last Friday.... DHL tracker has said its coming everyday last week then never arrives... Now they say contact you??

    @O2 When are you planning on improving the coverage? Up to about 6 weeks ago, it was slow but usable, same on Vodafone , now it’s basically unusable

    @O2 I appreciate the swift response. However, my experience of your network is that I don’t get 5G more than I do. I have been with BT Cellnet->O2 since my first mobile (save for a few months when I had to use my employer’s preferred network), I shall be moving at the earliest chance
