    Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    Utterly sick of @O2 I've had it 1 month into a 24 term and had to reboot phone 16x to clear "O2 Has Turned Off 4G Calling" message/issue sometimes unto 3 times - Wish had researched this ABYSMAL network as fault seems prolific BEWARE PEOPLE - AVOID at ALL costs!!

    @O2 my order number for my new phone isn't working on O2 recycle despite me getting a flyer saying I could use it to get an extra £100 for my device - can someone please help? Ordered phone on Friday, it was delivered Saturday.

    @kylesoo @O2 Yes - Vodafone didn't work anywhere in or near my flat. But it took over a year and I think I raised the issue 3-4 times during that period! What did help was finding the CEO's email and sending the complaint there 🙃

    @O2 Don’t worry about it, you can’t be assed anyway it’s just an inconvenience with you, going to dispute and terminate all 3 contracts now and move them over to another company, waste of time O2 is. Goodbye, all you do is send this stupid link to everyone, it doesn’t do anything

    @O2 Yeah you’ve been saying this all day it doesn’t do anything mate, O2 is a joke, over priced and never works half the time, I’m on wifi now I can’t even use the mobile data or make a phone call…… I want my next bill free of charge or I’m leaving and I spend ALOT here
