    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

    @pensionmonkey @O2 Yes we can do wifi calling but even round at the in laws we cant get signal to make a phone call

    Hey @O2 my upgrade was supposed to come last Friday.... DHL tracker has said its coming everyday last week then never arrives... Now they say contact you??

    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

    Hey @O2, what’s up with phone and 5G signal lately? Can’t make a phone call without sounding like a darlek, keeps cutting off when talking and nothing loads on the internet despite saying 5G and showing full signal?
