@O2 Hi. On Sat I tried to enter a comp via 61054 “Make Me A Winner” once, but due to a network block on premium-rate texts, my phone retried multiple times and I was charged £2.50 per entry, six times. So far. I only intended to send one entry. Could you please refund the extra

Sort it out @O2. Can’t log in on website or app. Keep getting sent links to verify email. Going around in circles. Ridiculously bad

Counting down the days until I can leave @O2 I never get signal, I can only use WiFi at home. What is the point in paying nearly £70 a month to only use a mobile phone at home. I might as well have a landline. I work in Central London, in this day an age a phone is needed. 😡

My phone has been off for 5 days, the @O2 team said they have put it through to the fraud team but they keep telling me that there is no update. They've also not stopped the sim swap from going through....wtf is going on

@MFA_AFC @O2 @02 Why is it so difficult to just get help. I just wanted a breakdown of bill since it was incorrect. After being put on hold for over 20min I had to answer so many security questions the last one being what make and model my phone is. This is too much and very frustrating.

  • steveps83

I swear when living in Kent and on @o2 going through Tonbridge and paddock wood the reception is a joke. It's like being in a dead end location with no service. I thought O2 weren't meant to be good???

  • davidmill93
    Davidmill93 (@davidmill93) reported

So instead of crediting me with £10 for my poor data service, o2 charged me £10 as a goodwill gesture. But don’t worry it’s going back on as credit and I still have to fork out a £33 tariff bill. @O2 embarrassing
