MUFC Chatter (@mufcchatter) reported@O2 PLEASE HELP! I found out today that I have a CCJ on my file from O2 from 2024. This relates to a bundled SIM with a Virgin Broadband contract which was cancelled before it was set up due to credit. The O2 sim was supposed to be cancelled to but it wasn't!

You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

We have tried online and the app and website both lead us down the same path caught in an authorisation loop.....
