    Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    @O2 @MartinSLewis one for your show. This just goes to show how O2 are ripping of their customer. On average my usage of data is 12 per month so they attempted to sell me a contract with a 100mb per month. Try to work that one out. They do not listen to the customer.

    Never, ever, ever use @O2 for your mobile. Six weeks I've been trying to resolve an issue with a new SIM and have failed. Customer services line was repeatedly cutting me off when it tried to connect, then when I did get through the line went silent. What terrible service 😡😡😡

    @O2 utter incompetence and shambolic. Account with fraud &inactive for 2 & half months and no contact from anyone at customer services or from fraud despite numerous calls and promises. Emailed fraud was told it takes 30 days to respond no one responded. Utterly utterly useless.

    O2 are an absolute disgrace poor customer service, poor network had nothing but trouble with this network for 4 months phoned this morning and said they will send new sim out and now tonight I have no network at all as @O2 have turned it off before new sim arrives

    @O2 terrible customer service, DPD lost my phone and call centre advisors tell lies! No update given to me as to when I will receive it and be re-sent a new phone. I’m having to chase as a paying customer for years. Not good enough.

    @o2 leaving me with no service, I need my phone for emergency as two vulnerable in my home who I care for,why would you even turn my phone off when sim isn't here and can take upto 3 day??? Bet you don't forget to take my monthly debt though... fuming o2 are a joke

    waiting for @O2 to switch my phone back on so I can get my PAC code I have asked for twice in 4 weeks and now no one can contact me thanks for making my leaving 02 such fun even if I still have other accounts this has been crap my kids schools my disabled mum no one can reach me
