    @TomTugendhat @O2 I'm finding 4G better than it's ever been in Tonbridge high street actually. Unfortunately, being "awful" is all it needs to be better than it's ever been. Have to rely on free WiFi from shops, wetherspoons or library.

    @O2 I am absolutely not going to go and find a Facebook profile that may or may not be o2! I barely feel safe discussing on x, but this is yet another limitation to add on top of the face you can’t contact o2 overnight when you have an urgent urgent problem that only they can fix!

    @O2 my sim card was deactivated when I upgraded my device. I received an email about a sim swap 5G access bolt on. I put the card in my old device but I still cant use it. I am out of the country and it’s been impossible to find someone to help me via phone call or chat

    @TomTugendhat @O2 Not only o2 !!! This country is a joke it’s 2025 and mobile phone signal is extremely poor in areas, unbelievable for such a GREAT country Total joke of a kingdom China you can get 5g on top of a mountain
