We have tried online and the app and website both lead us down the same path caught in an authorisation loop.....

v (@matchstickstorm) reported@O2 why is it so hard to upgrade my sim now? 1st of all, the “upgrade” options are ridiculously expensive and filled with **** i dont want/need, second- i went for a proper “upgrade” plan so i can keep my number, said i was switching to android but youve just changed my tariff?
