@O2 hi trying to pay my bill as its a few days late (using a new card) but unable to pay it as it keeps saying payment is in progress on my o2, I've had no email to say it's paid or anything please look into this as I've been with o2 for years and never had trouble before

@O2 Really annoying!!! Have been in a queue for about 20 minutes, finally spoke to an advisor who said she’d transfer me to the correct department & I got disconnected!!! Have already wasted time trying to sort problem online! Not possible!!! 😠
