  Do @O2 5G Home Broadband devices have 4G/3G backup? Similarly, do your 4G devices have 3G backup? My home has always had variable coverage despite the surrounding area having a strong indoor and outdoor mobile signal. #5G

  @MarkKeenan5 @O2 I'm going to jump from O2 soon as I get round to it because their network has, in recent weeks, turned to crap. They tell me it's resolved but it's not. I too have been with since forever.

  @O2 Provide stable and consistent broadband connection, backed by customer service that delivers on its promise - oh, and maybe somebody that you can understand when talking to them... Unlike @virginmedia
