    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    @loujnicholls Took 10 days to change from @Vodaphone to @O2, numerous phone calls lots of hair pulled out, dreadful customer service from both companies. But I did have everything backed up so didnt loose any screen photos .
