Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

Hey @O2 my upgrade was supposed to come last Friday.... DHL tracker has said its coming everyday last week then never arrives... Now they say contact you??

@O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

@O2 Hi, is there an issue when trying to check out? Trying up upgrade but everytime I get to pay the upfront amount it says “failed” I’ve tried multiple cars and apple pay each time it says there’s an error? Thank you
