Really crap service from @O2 and @Apple after my 6 month old phone developed a charging fault and died. Sent back and forth between both with Apple finally picking up responsibility by repairing it today in an Apple Store (those staff were great). Still not heard back from @O2

@O2 once again on hold. 56 minutes earlier, 34 minutes yesterday and who knows how many other minutes wasted while I try to get you to solve my bill issue. Have also tried your online chat service with no success - sort it out! Awful service!
