    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    @O2 funnily enough i cant DM you, because to DM someone who doesn't follow you seems to require a code to be sent by SMS to your phone. And as I dont have any signal and am not receiving SMS either.

    @MarkEvansO2 32 hours & my esim swap still not working. Been on phone to @O2 explaining I need my sim working or at least my calls diverted to another number. Not one person helpful to try & understand the urgency due to being vulnerable & needing to be contacted for healthcare

    @O2 not had phone signal for over a month, you are aware of a local problem. Cant ring customer service because I have no signal. Luckily your bills keep getting through.
