    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    @O2 I've sent them an email but have also sent further emails to add to my complaint via O2 complaints email. I've received a letter saying that I have made a voluntary payment towards my contract which I have never agreed to. This needs fixing now and my phone needs to be returned

    @O2 Ok it’s 3 other people at work are having the same issue so there is an issue,shame as I’ve been with you for years, time to switch to a new provider as this kind of reception is useless.

    @O2 this is insane. Trying to switch my 5 lines to you because you have good coverage at my postcode where others don’t. You’re making it astonishingly difficult. Spent 4 hours trying to give you money so far. Sales blames customer service, they blame ‘systems’ Shall I give up?

    @O2 no network for the past 2 days. Cannot work. Cannot contact customer service. A broken mast every 2 weeks and 4+ days to repair. It’s a joke. Def not renewing contract.

    @O2 Four weeks is up today. 21/11 is four weeks and five days. That’s practically five weeks. It’s not acceptable. Your website said “next working day delivery”. Find out where my phone is please and give me a delivery date. And why did two operators hang up on me??? Not acceptable.
