    @pensionmonkey @O2 Yes we can do wifi calling but even round at the in laws we cant get signal to make a phone call

    Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    oppo said to me that there is hopefully a patch coming out to sort the problem with the constant repeated text messages and data problems. Because I have been in touch with @oppo and @O2 telling them the problems. Can I leave @O2 and cancel my contact.

    I see @o2 has their fantastic network operations today. This mornings speed test zero Mbs. And I get charged for this service and guess what. That bill delivery never fails and is always on time

    Bought a new phone with a new contract over a week ago with @O2 . Over 5 hours on the phone to them this week trying to keep my same number and start the new contract and I'm still not sorted. Now being told to wait 3-5 working days for a solution... losing patience VERY quickly

    @O2 Hi, this is still a huge issue and therefore have decided to cancel my contract. I’ve tried calling numerous times but left on hold for ages and cannot move around the house when waiting as signal cuts out. Can you arrange for someone to call me please?

    Service from @O2 and #dpduk is disgusting. For someone to open my parcel from inner part, take out my new phone, take that and the cable, put it back in then deliver it looking like any other parcel and nothing is being done.

    So @O2 will disable your account for no reason and without telling you, you call to get it re-enabled, raise a complaint and silence. Chase for an update on my complaint and get told that is is being dealt with internally and I will not be informed of the outcome 1/2
