@O2 hey I need help with bill please. I have a business account (no business) but that was the only way to get a contract phone years ago. My usual bill is like £65 per month. I just got a bill for £344.56 😳 my data finished as I was waiting for new home wi-fi but this is crazy

@jajon95 @O2 Lad the same it took me til about 11 o’clock to get signal on the way home it’s pathetic. It’s most places I go with a crowd, even in the city centre. I’m doing swerving them when my contract is up like.

@O2 today I received a pay as you go sim to help a Ukrainian family we are sponsoring. I have spent hours trying to get it to work and it won’t, your call centres have just tried to upgrade me. Please help me help them, you are better than this!
