    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    @O2 what is going on with your customer service. Cannot get anyone on the phone or live chat. Need a replacement sim for my elderly dad. Please sort this. I have been a customer for over 20 years. This might change shortly along with all 8 members of my family.

    @O2 Yes I have looked and rang up and it is a mistake on your guys end which has ended up with me now paying £139 and not having the added amount back in my back account absolutely shocking service has so much trouble with you lot since April it's a joke

    @O2 Ahh thanks but that still doesn't help with my problem. The worse thing is I've been a customer for over a year now and pay £100 at least every month. Think a change of supplier is needed asap. #broadbanddeals please.
