Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

@O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

@jibbajabbasteve @O2 I used to be on 02 when I kept seeing these issues occur. I'm currently on ID which piggybacks the 3 network and I get very good coverage even on 5G on my Samsung S22 👍

Everytime the subject is raised the standard @O2 response is that it is a busy area! Every single day I am in the office, since I switched to O2, even at 3am in the morning! Doesn;t sound like busy, sounds like poor infrastructure and no bandwidth!

@O2 The village of Llangennith where we live has been experiencing problems with Wi-Fi mobile calls since December! We can be speaking to a person and then the call will drop out for about 10 secs before reconnecting.. conversation lost! 😡 Mast or Wi-Fi problem?

@O2 Due to a medical condition I pay extra for unlimited data so I don't have to rely on WiFi if I'm walking to find a place that has WiFi and I need assistance what do I do then. You have not provided a service for over 5 months that's a breech of contract

@TwoStoreyADL @O2 Glad it’s not just me, I was honestly thinking my phone was broken! I think I will consider changing - I even lose it in central London which is a nightmare for maps etc! Sorry you’re struggling with it too though. X

I think @O2 has the absolute worst service. A simple number transfer is taking days and the customer service keeps hanging up on me. So utterly incompetent.
