    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    Hi @O2, I ordered a new phone on contract with yourselves that was dispatched by DPD. They have now lost the parcel internally (no delivery attempts) but the best your customer service can offer is to wait for DPD to ‘find it’…? Not happy.

    @O2 It’s back again now. But so unpredictable. And sometimes it says it’s working, when it isn’t. Sent a DM every time in December and all anyone said was ‘we don’t aim to provide a fault free service’. Doesn’t sound very aspirational?!

    @O2 hi there I’ve rang the customer service line twice today requesting an email to be sent to me. Both assistants said they had sent me this but I am yet to see any emails from o2. Can you help?
