    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    @O2 Why does it take now 32 days to resolve a none technical complaint. Looked through your complaints handling procedure and the service failures I have recieved is now ridiculous. I have now wait over a week from a promises 48hour sla call back from a manager.

    Hey @O2 turns out these companies come from your ‘marketing preferences’. I had to call to get those turned off. I have reported them to the national cybercrime number and O2 customer services. Now deciding if I leave O2 for this behaviour.

    @O2 Wife called to transfer from Pay Monthly to PAYG including her number. Number hasn’t transferred. Getting no joy from CustServices, please help!

    @O2 I have done. And I have soaked 202 and waited. It gets to about 15 minutes and then it’s cuts off. I’m currently waiting again but I don’t expect anything other than for the phone to be put down on me again
