Hey @O2 my upgrade was supposed to come last Friday.... DHL tracker has said its coming everyday last week then never arrives... Now they say contact you??

Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

@O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

Ive been trying to get help from @O2 for over an hour now on their online chat service and ive been cut off twice now but 2 customer service reps because they just end the chat when they run out of things to say its starting to get a bit infuriating

@O2 Nah, once my contract ends in never coming back. Need customer service, be sure that their service is so rubbish that they get too busy. Then when you try contact them the only option is "we are really busy, please go away"

@O2 The contract ended on that day but I switched a week early. As its contracted I pay to the contact end day. Therefore why can't I still login to my account? I also can't see my bills anymore. When you switch other things it makes sense to keep your login for a bit to view records

@O2 the signal in my area is horrible and no one can get to me nor can I get a 4g or even a good 3G. No network update was provided and have been having this issue for like a week or so. I am really disappointed in O2 and shouldn’t have renewed my contract.

@O2 If your company recognised loyalty properly - especially to those with multiple lines on your network - then I would have considered it. Your service, as well as your CS lines, have not been good enough over the last 12-18 months, including the ludicrous rise recently...
