Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

@O2 can someone please help? I’ve canceled my computer contract 5 times now, and I’m still get charged for it. Getting in contact with you during the day is hell on earth, only to find its all for nothing when it’s still on the account. Getting very annoyed with the service.

@O2 Why are you sending little smiley faces like it's nothing? It's shocking. This is a huge company, why can't they put more people on the phones? Why can't I go to the O2 shop and cancel my contract? Oh yeah, because it's harder to trap people in person.
