@O2 for contacting you people demand payment before I'm spoken to, after going around the houses for almost 3 hours on my wife's no. we was told the problem was fixed "just turn your phone of and on again", that's 3 renewals with another provider February, can't come quick enough

Have been a customer of @O2 for the last several years, and without fail the few times I’ve had to contact them, the service has been exemplary. After a morning of bad calls it was almost a delight to talk to someone who cared
