@MartinWildlife I was thinking of changing for a better signal but I will stick with @O2 - only please do something about the coverage in rural north Wiltshire. It is poor immediately you leave any of the town's. I appreciate the signal booster in my house but outside it's v. poor.

@O2 Your customer Services are terrible. A mast in the area has been down 5 months (known issue) and mobiles are unusable. We have had an email saying it’s in the T&C’s this can happen? 5 months paying for a service that’s not available?? @Ofcom @MartinSLewis #customerexperience

@O2 I joined your service on 11th July for a SIM only deal. I haven't even received my SIM yet but I've been sent a bill for a full month. What's going on? Why do I have to pay £15 for a service I wasn't even able to use?

  • DreamChaserKiye ELGYY🤞🏾 (@DreamChaserKiye) reported

@O2 is the worst network going 3 weeks my phone has had no connection , I been calling & asking for a manager & they lock off the phone

  • gaylem1978 Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@drewsy92 That’s very disappointing such a large network giving you such poor service for the money you’re paying monthly honey x. What can you do to assist @O2 ? It’s certainly giving me food for thought as I’m thinking of getting a new mobile contract over next few months!

  • lozzylols Lauren Treagust (@lozzylols) reported

Hi @O2 do you still give refunds for loss of signal to your customers? You have been doing work in my area for over a week now and I have had hardly any signal that whole time and it's still not fixed. I can't make calls, access the internet, and I've missed important calls too!

  • Stuey3D Stuart Carr (@Stuey3D) reported

@Ofcom It’s because @O2 network is so congested that you can’t even make a phone call without it sounding like the fast food order from Wayne’s World let alone use data. It’s also now effecting 5G too and that’s supposedly the saviour of mobile data.
