@O2 You mean the network status app that says I have no connection despite having nultiple bars of 3G? This issue has been going on for months and it isn’t a great look considering how much I spend a month with o2. I’m also not the only one suffering with these issues locally.

@O2 seriously what is going on with your network?? it’s been appalling for months now. My son is very ill indeed and we are dependant on our o2 phone comms ! How can you charge for such appalling service ? @TradingStdsBlog

I can’t believe how awful @o2 has gotten. I have three bars of 4g signal and it won’t even sent a regular text message. Calls constantly dropping, and slow 3g, 4g, and 5g browsing.
