Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

@O2 I have been charged for 2 sim cards even though i have not bought any of those. This has a been a scam where someone else has used my details and i have been recieving letters for payments every month. I have already called customer service regarding the issue but no updates.

1/3 So my partners had issues with her phone from @O2, sent it away in January for an engineer to look at. After weeks without response she phoned again and is told it’s being recycled, no notification of such. Then days go by for her to find out it hasn’t been scrapped but…

2/3 …is being processed. Then more weeks go by with no information. All they while still paying @O2 £60 every month with no phone. Gets passed from department to department with finally being told a manager will phone her to resolve the issue. Guess what…more weeks go by…
