@O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

Hello @O2 - I just received a LOAD of text messages I hadn’t received over the last two days, including more 2FA codes I need to login to system, and even your missed call SMSes. When will this issue be fixed please? It’s been WEEKS now.

@O2 Google Pixel 6 is not listed. WiFi calling does not work. I've not been able to use SMS all week and I need it to receive activation codes. A week of no service is diabolical.

@O2 why is it so hard to cancel my contract? I have moved abroad and tries Twitter and live chat to cancel and keep getting told to phone / I can’t as I am abroad and don’t have a Uk sim. Have managed to cancel all other contracts easily. Just cancel my contract please!!!

@O2 absolutely shocking service today. In Italy with no phone network or service. o2 customer service no help and no resolution. Customer of more than 20 years, but will be reconsidering after this experience. Can anyone @O2 help?!

@O2 This is getting pretty repetitive keep having to chase for answers on Twitter!! Customer service is shockingly bad! Still waiting to hear back from your customer services agents after they were meant to contact me!! Time for you to cancel my contract as your network is awful!
