Hey @O2 poor customer service from you after being told by 1 of ur spvr that I would not be charged termination fees for cancelling my contract with u due to ur failure to provide a reasonable service. Yet I’ve just been sent a bill for over £600. Is this a joke? I’m not happy

@O2 Probably complaining about 1. O2 priority app failure for Peter kay tickets 2. Signal goes down for hours. 3. Signal still bad even though it's supposed to of been fixed or 4. All of the above and O2 appearing not to care apart from a 9 minute voice note!

@VodafoneUK hard to think of reasons not to cancel w. you! App doesn’t work, phone customer service is list of choices b4 YOU hang up, and bot prompts to security which I pass without having to enter a thing, before if hangs. Like this for two weeks. I see @O2 in my future.

@O2 shocking customer service. Poor communication. Agents who quite frankly couldn’t gave a crap. New phone ordered yesterday for delivery today to be told not even going to be dispatched until tomorrow. Then 1-3 days delivery! Contract CANCELLED!!

@O2 Priority on Peter Kay tickets ❌, order last night for next day not delivered today❌, no response to messages on here ❌, no email to say when being delivered but told it’s in stock ❌. Why do I bother giving you money every month. All round service is poor!
