    @O2 Hi, I've just switched to O2. I've not yet received the SIM card, but I've already received an email saying that I've been billed for the monthly charge. Does that sound right? or is it a phishing email that I received? I feel it's a bit weird, so want to confirm #help

    @AusterfieldM @WilliamNB @O2 Just find whichever network has best signal and data rates at your locations, and then go with that network. Never expect service from any of them, they are all crap. There are maps of mobile coverage, but I suggest testing with friends' phones or just buy some PnG SIMs.

    @O2 can someone please help me - I received an email titled phone bill is overdue - I now live overseas and have closed down my o2 contracts. I cannot get anywhere with online support and don’t understand why I am being charged!

    @virginmedia @O2 10 year customer here, seems you have made it impossible to talk to someone on the phone now? we have been having problems ever since corona mostly tolerable 1 day issues. Today and yesterday we have no upload on our internet. If this is not fixed today, we will be leaving.
