Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

@O2 You delivered an Iphone to my address which was for someone else; i tried to return it by contacting o2 and you expected me to drive to one of your stores to take it back.....your customer service said they cannot help unless I was a customer....!

.@O2 why is the signal in my workplace area so diabolical? Not to mention the several miles surrounding the area. I have had messages from your customer support colleagues stating that it's because "the area can get a little busy" but it's currently 4:30 in the morning........
