Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

If you have any sense at all don’t use @O2 !You call no one can locate your account after you paying it all off in august 2022 but they have now referred my account to a debt agency but they can’t prove I am due them money! Advise your solicitor will call & the managers Hang up!
